Price was decent considering it's Bay Area. Really nice staff. Upscale look. Walking distance to outdoor shopping. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't any complimentary breakfast items besides coffee and apples.

We liked the location. We walked to the AMC Theaters. Our repurchased breakfast was better than expected. The room was a little small but worth the price and location. We will definitely stay here again.

Room not clean. Used condom found in trash can. This was very disgusting

I'm local to the area and was looking for affordable lodging while waiting for escrow to close. This was by far the best deal available. Very close to freeway, food, shops, great on site amenities including jacuzzi which I really needed. .. service could be better. I checked in after 8pm. I was very tired and there was a family ahead of me taking extra long. I waited patiently for what I felt was too long, then as soon as some other people joined me in line, someone noticed there was a wait and came to help check me in right away. Grrrr. Not cool. Then I went to enjoyed jacuzzi before it closed. I guess I over stayed my welcome because they locked me out! I had to dry off and walk outside and around through the lobby. Grrrr. Not great (considerate) service. Lots of room for customer service improvement, nevertheless- good, nice, affordable, restful stay.

Come on, for $20-40 cheaper, most places have updated rooms, a microwave, and larger beds. I stay in the area quite often and I swear my 6 foot partner and I barely fit on the mattress. There are a TON of hotels I would rather patron in the area before coming back here. It wasn't terrible, but for sure, it was overpriced for what you get.

Located next to the 580 in the heart of Emeryville's mall district, the Sheraton Four Points is a convenient rest stop for the weary traveler, traveling by car.

I really enjoyed my stay at Four Points in Emeryville, the location was perfect and there is so much nearby that you can walk to and not have to drive.

I have stayed here many times - they seem to be trying but lack that attention to detail - My room temp looked like a modern set-up but no response to me trying to alter the temp. - When are these overpriced Hotels going to get HD - had a flat-screen but iffy reception. I like the location so it"s good enough. Bed was new and very comfortable - no drinks in vending machine - so it was just OK.

Did not have the best experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation was canceled but I had not received any form of communication.

The worst part of my stay was the lumpy mattress. I rolled to the middle when laying in it. No support now my back hurts.

The day before we arrived they started upgrading cafe and lounge so neither were available for our use. Would not have picked hotel had we known this. Received a wake up call at 5:00 am via train whistle the hotel sits next to train tracks. Close to mall with good dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We visited the Bay area for a quick getaway. We wanted to visit San Francisco and Napa Valley but not get bogged down in parking fees and exorbitant hotel costs. We lucked up and found the Four Points in Emeryville. The hotel is close in proximity to Oakland (2 minutes), Berkely (5 minutes) and San Francisco (10 minutes). All bets are off during rush hour for quick access to these cities. The room we stayed in was average but provided all of the amenities necessary for a brief stay. Free parking is included which is an excellent deal for the area. We would stay again for the free parking deal and great proximity to many cities.

The staffs are very helpful and this hotel location is very convenient for shopping, going to UC Berkeley, watching baseball games or even visiting SF downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is conveniently located next to strip mall and Emeryville shuttle. The shuttle goes to the larger mall, Ikea, BART, and all around the city. The beds were very comfortable, daily newspapers were provided, fresh morning coffee was available in the lobby, and on Wednesday the hotel provided free beer and barbecued ribs. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is nice, as well as the staff. Rooms are good too.

I took my daughter to SF for the day and we decided to stay over night and didn't want to spend alot. A friend suggested Emeryville. The location worked out great but the hotel itself was average. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The room was quiet and convenient for work and relaxing; the dining room is only open for breakfast but the choices and service were exceillent.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, right next door to Trader Joe's, and in a nice business area just blocks from Oakland. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds should be Queen size, not full...Beds size small..

I usually stay at this hotel when visiting the Bay area. It's close to SF and close to the East Bay--Oakland, Berkeley and Walnut Creek. Clean and comfortable.
