It was ok, clean, good facilities and excellent ubication
Very clean and quite. Good quality bedding and bath room. Will stay next time.
We weren’t able to successfully check in bc their system was down, and I was still charged for the full room fee.
Very new motel. Quick access to freeway! That's it
For the amount I paid for my 2 night you would figure breakfast would be complimentary. I've stayed at hotels for less and breakfast was included, very disappointing.
Very Comfortable bed, clean rooms except carpet vacuum cleaner not working, breakfast buffet availabe for 17 dollars.
We had an event to go to at 5:30 there was no hot water at 4:00 on we had to go without showering. That was the only issue. Rooms are nice
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza during a time of sadness, so it was nice to be at a very comfortable place. The only thing is that the Internet didn't work in our room, they offered for us to change rooms but that wasn't necessary. To me having a very clean room is more important.
I rented the room for my son and he told me he enjoyed it immensely! I responded, I know son that's why I chose Crowne Plaza! Thank you as always!
Amazing experience. Professional staff. Clean room. I will Definatley recomed this hotel to anyone.
Parking lot is not safe, no security, no surveillance camera, my vehicle was broken in at hotel parking lot. Tools, equipments were stolen at night, 5 vehicles were broken glass at one night. No apologies, not even a word to victims tenant's...dont know how to say thank you when tenant check out. Never come back to this hotel again...spiders on the bed...and.....!!!???
The staff was nice. There was mold in our rooms however, when mentioned to the front desk staff they seemed surprised but there seemed to be no urgency to addressing the problem.
FANTASTIC PRICE THROUGH _____.AMAZING ROOMS...GREAT POOL.... SUPER COMFORT...GREAT LOCATION FOR MY PURPOSE
Friendly staff. Close to Freeways, but, very quiet location.
My husband and I chose the Crowne Plaza hotel due to its generally good reputation for quality and its proximity to stores, the highway, and the family members we were in town visiting. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and warmly by the front desk staff and assigned a room. Although the room had a musty smell, it was generally clean with exceptionally clean bedding. Other than the noise from passing hotel guests (including a rowdy group of guys yelling, "Wake up!" at approximately 4-5 a.m.) our first night passed uneventfully. In the morning as we prepared for our day, I heard a sound that gave me pause. As I quieted everyone I realized the sound was the dripping of water coming from above my head. Indeed, water was dripping from the ceiling next to the bed. We quickly contacted the front desk, who assigned us a new room and comped us breakfast, which was a decent buffet style meal, for our trouble. We moved into our room (which also had a musty smell, so I figured it must be a common issue in the hotel) and moved on with our day outside of the hotel. I generally make a habit of inspecting around the mattresses for any signs of bedbugs prior to use. This night as we were preparing the kids for bed was no different. However, instead of bugs, I found a surprising amount of various types of body hair around the edges of the mattress, along the bedskirt, and even on the bedding, including blankets, sheets and pillows. Also one of the pillows appeared to have a make-up stain. After taking a few photographs to document and trying to wipe off as many of the hairs as we could, I could no longer hold back my disgust. It appeared as though the bedding was not washed, but was simply re-made after previous guest use. I went to the front desk, and the staff person, Steven, assigned us another room a few doors down. Again they offered to comp us breakfast, but as it was our last morning with family, we declined. Our final room was clean, quiet (save for some traffic noise but that was no bother), and had no musty smell - 3rd time was the charm! At checkout the next morning, Steven was still there. He was kind and attentive and a good representative for the company. He assured me the General Manager would be contacting me to discuss our experience. I have attempted to contact him but have yet to receive a response. Overall, the front desk staff and location of the hotel are great; however, the experience with the rooms, due to lack of maintenance and inconsistent cleaning standards, leave much to be desired, especially considering the price and reputation of Crown Plaza. I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel to others.
