I love how they had sanitizer wipes on the table, the small refrigerator, and the Bath Products were awesome. The Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs and ensured my Stay was very comfortable. The location was close to San Francisco, Oakland, etc. Also there are 4 Malls off the 880 Interstate where the Hotel is located

Location was the reason why I booked this place. When we got there, the chanels on our TV wasn't working. We call service and they checked it out. They informed that it's currently down and that repairman won't come out until the next day. They didn't offer us to move to another room that works. We had to ask them. I thought that was not a good service.
Carpet in the room a little bit old, needs to be updated
Great price only $100 for a Friday night. Clean and has good treats available to buy.

This is fine spot for a business patron (esp. if company is paying). Very quiet, clean & professional. However, overpriced - like all bay area hotels. Pool is pretty... and empty. Fitness room is empty also. Does anyone use?
Hotel has great potential, however attracted a not-so-good clientel (in my opinion). Did not feel as safe as I should have. Hotel was clean and fairly quiet to sleep. I stayed on the 3rd floor which makes a difference. The road construction made the travel to and from the hotel a nightmare.
The room was nice we just needed 2 queen beds instead of 1 full and sofa bed. Next time we will visit the pool area. Continental breakfast would be nice at this location.
I reserved reserved a room for a few nights at this hotel for a quick getaway for my kids' spring break. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The location is very close to good restaurants and shopping areas. It's also located in a quiet business area...I would definitely come back here!
Nice hotel. One exit from shopping and food. Hotel staff was great. Had a noisy guest above me. I recommend 3rd floor to avoid walking guest. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Hotel is located business area.
This place has a nice setup with the garden setup that you can see from the balcony. The receptionist was really friendly, upon verifying my reservation she immediately apologize for elevator outage due to remodel/upgrade. The place was close to the freeway but the noise was barely noticeable. Overall it was a nice stay.
the staff and location are great, everything else goes downhill after that. this is not where you would go for a quiet place to stay. LOTS of children around. woken up multiple times by footsteps from the level above, doors slamming in the hallway, and people hanging out in the hallway. linens not so great either. disappointed especially after my great stay at a courtyard on the east coast last year. i guess they don't all follow the same standards.

room/bathroom are updated and pleasant, flat screen TV and bedding are nice and confortable. However when using the iron, it left white chalk like marks all over my clothes. When I reported this to the front desk, the attendant vaguely said she would report to the manager but did not take any notes pertaining to the room. Also a suggestion note had been filled back in March by a customer and was still left on the bedside.
