We were so excited about staying here. We got a room near our friends and we thoroughly enjoyed a weekend away from home, yet close to home. The food here is amazing and the service is exceptional. We highly recommend checking out this place.
Full kitchen; eating table and chairs; comfortable living room; large full desk to spread out and work; extremely comfortable bed with luxurious linens; very nice bathroom setup with complementary Paul Mitchell products; pool, hot tub, fitness center, and computer center; small thoughtful touches like bottled water and chocolate in room, full hearty and healthy breakfast, extremely clean and quiet, and friendly helpful staff. A little pricey but worth it.
This is a nice, welcoming hotel with friendly staff. My room a bunch of issues, though, that took a few times to correct. The bathroom faucet was loose, the vent grill fell off the fireplace when I turned it on, and the heat didn't work for most of my visit. They compensated with points, but I hope they pay more general attention to maintenance as they clean and prep rooms. A common issue with hotels is the housekeeping staff not reporting room issues to maintenance. I'd guess this is happening here. The lobby lounging area is large and inviting, marred only by harsh daylight white ceiling bulbs casting a cold light over everything. A swap to some warm LED floods in the lounge and over registration desk would go a long way to warming this place up and making it feel less institutional.
The hotel has Clean, comfortable rooms. The rooms have a small kitchen which is great when traveling and you do not want to eat out. The Staff is efficient and very friendly. Free breakfast is available as well as 24 hr coffe.
We loved this hotel! Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good variety breakfast(even had brie cheese) jacuzzi and gym. Upon check-in the fire alarm went off(due to someone ovecooking a meal in their room) causing camotion and phones ringing off the hook. We had to evacuate as the firefighters came. The staff handeled the situation calmly and professionaly. Highly recommend this hotel!
I was here for a week for Business - upon a very late night flight check in the front door was locked! Was that a warning? Not sure. In any event, check in took a while but I received a nice room, a little outdated and not the cleanest but it was fine. Good location restaurants, grocery store and amenities nearby. Not a ton of parking, I had to circle the lot every day to find a spot. Breakfast (free) was your average, nothing special. What really bothered me was the people outside smoking late at night and a few patrons that looked to be living in this hotel! With a cane and very few teeth! Not sure what the situation was here but I wouldn't come back if I had the choice, the Courtyard next door would've been a better place potentially or even the SPG partner Aloft down the road.
We asked for a room to accommodate three adults and technically they delivered. But the sofa bed for the third person was horribly uncomfortable. I barely slept and woke up in pain. Why is a comfortable sofa bed seemingly impossible? All three guests should be provided with an equally enjoyable experience. When we ordered an extra blanket for the pullout sofa, I unwrapped it and there was a clump of hair on it. Nasty. The breakfast had nice options and the gym was clean. The location is quite out of the way for anything major, SJ, SF, Oakland, etc.
Stayed here twice last month. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. My room faced east and was very quiet, I slept great. They have lots of free parking and there are two shopping plazas within walking distance with banks, a grocery store, salon, restaurants etc. The hotel staff is super nice, special thanks to Clarice, Mariana and the GM, Gustavo for their hospitality. The breakfast area was a bit crowded but the staff handled the rush very efficiently. I would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and families.
This was an excellent property. It was easy to get to, had lots of spaces to park, and was within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Located next to the highway, didn’t hear any noise, but it gave us a good view of the morning traffic situation. Check-in was easy, staff was very friendly, and property was very clean. Rooms didn’t have plastic liners in the garage cans, but really that was a minor quibble. Breakfast bar was adequate with eggs every day, although would’ve liked to see some non-pork meat or potatoes available. Nice pool outside, but it was a cold rain when we were here, so we didn’t get to try it out. Indoor weight room was very nice. We ended up with a two bedroom suite (with kitchen) for far less than what we paid for a one bedroom suite in Sacramento. There were no hidden fees here, and no charge for parking really enhanced our stay. This property was located next door to a Courtyard, which had a very nice bar. The Courtyard people were quite okay with us coming over for a drink and heading back across the parking lot. Having the two hotels compliment each other that way was smart. Each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom and TV, which made the stay a lot easier. The common area in the suite was spacious, and very comfortable. We wished we’d been able to stay longer, and could see coming back to this property when future business needs bring us back to the area.
This is a relaxing place to stay. It has a kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and utensils. The rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast served was a REAL BREAKFAST. It's more like an apartment than a hotel. I would definitely recommend it and stay again. I was going through a tough time with my brother's death--the accommodations of this place made it a little easier. My main critique is the lack of laundry detergent in the laundry room.
