The room smelled of weed, so I disinfected the room. The room wasn’t thoroughly clean, since there was a wad of paper stuck in the peephole, part of the door was broken, make up stains on the couch, & sticky on the cushion under the living room table.
I have stayed here many times without any issues but this last weekend I went and when I tried to check in they had overbooked rooms and my room was not available even though I payed for it 2 weeks in advance. I was put into two rooms and was told I was not getting charged any extra. But when I checked out I was charged to my cc. They say they are trying to fix it but still have not received an answer as to when I am receiving a refund.
Close to supermarket. Very quiet,late night steak sandwich cooked in your room at 1;00. Am Priceless!
Pros: Clean, spacious room, quiet, nice pool, good breakfast. Cons: Only one elevator that was very slow. The hallway our room was in smelled weird.
Breakfast was awesome, and being able to cook in room was a big help.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was near shopping and restaurants. The rooom was clean and the bed very comfortable.
Great hotel and clean spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice pool and lounge area outside. Only downside is too many people hanging out late at night and a bit noisy. Other then that everything is excellent.
My sons and I have a very nice get away weekend in this hotel, we love everything about this hotel, shopping, diner & entertainment eso close to!!!

It was a great stay at the Residence Inn. My only small complaint was that when another person on the same floor would cook, you could smell it in you room, but aside from that it was a great stay.
