We're from NYC & flew to LA then San Jose, so it was quite a long trip. We arrived here early morning around 8AM-9AM. And unfortunately, they were not able to check us in due to all the rooms being completley booked. Which is understandable but we initially received a bit of a rude welcoming from the front desk. Nonetheless, the font desk changed her attitude after realizing how exhausted we were & ended being extremely sweet & accommodating. Once a room finally opened up, she immediately set us up & gave us one of their better section. When we arrived to the room, we were extremely happy with the overall quality & availability of all the kitchen & bathroom necessities. The room was very well cleaned & put together. I loved how spacious the room was! Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was nice. Night stands were a little worn, but overall good value.

Good experience.nice and comfy. The TV wasn't working. The channels where snowy and only had like 4 . The others weren't available do to low signal so I missed the games

The Chase Suite Hotel was so so. That was my opinion of my stay until it came to returning my $250 deposit which they only except credit card (no cash). Everything was so so for my one night stay. Everything was ok at check out I was told that they would credit my and it might take a couple days to post. About a hour after I left I received a phone call from the hotel, I was driving and could not answer at the time. I called back right away and there was no answer. I then listen to the message and they asked if I was staying over. I thought this to be strange since I had checked out. I called back and again no answer and no way to leave a message. Come Wednesday still no credit of my deposit. So I called the hotel and now they tell me it takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund of my deposit. It is now Friday and no credit yet. So I again call the hotel and first they tell me they have no record of me staying there. Then someone else get on the phone and tells the room smelled like marijuana and they were keeping my $250 deposit. I do not smoke anything not now and not ever so how they decided this is beyond me, The manager that determined this is suppose to call me tomorrow and I will change my review to "so so" if we can come to an agreement.

Very spacious room and good area/amenities. Would definitely stay here again. The only comment I'd have is the staffs need to be more friendly and greet customers better

I stayed at Chase Suites on August 26, 2018. I was disappointed after discovering that I had to not only pay for the room $153.17 but I had to leave a $250.00 deposit which totaled to $403.17. I came from out of town to attend a funeral, if I didn't have the extra $250.00 I would not have had a room and we check in after 8:00pm, that evening. Orbit if you are going to continue to work with Chase, it's your responsibility to give that information to perspective clients. Respectfully, Mary Carr

The new remodelled suite was nice, but when the last time they moped the floor and clean the windows and windowsills in it - it's a good question. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The lights in the kitchen were not working properly - always blinked (I guess something to do with economic regime of using energy, but very inconvenient - every motion did affect the lighting.

Disappointing customer service. They make promises they don't keep, forget stuff, and have broken equipment such as TVs.

We had stayed at the same hotel for a couple of days earlier in the week. The hotel staff told us before we left our first stay that they would try to secure the same room we had, but if not we would get an identical room with three beds (as we have two kids). Upon returning two days later, they informed us that the original room was not available. But instead of giving us an identical room, they provided us a room with only two beds -- NOT what we reserved (as well as confirmed via phone a week before and in-person two days before). He told us that he gave us a room that did have a pull-out sofa sleeper. Once we got to the room, we quickly discovered that the TV did not work -- lots of static and sync issues, unwatchable. The maintenance person came and told my wife that it was "in the cloud" so he couldn't fix it. Because we had been in a different room two days before and had a perfect picture (and the TV in the lounge worked just fine, we knew that it wasn't an issue "in the cloud." Upon questioning, the desk clerk admitted that the TV issue was a problem in that building that they were planning to fix that Friday. He also acknowledged that he also should have provided bedding (which was nowhere in the room) for the sofa sleeper when we checked-in, because we were talking about it. Finally, upon leaving, the manager apologized and volunteered that they would provide a refund (or partial refund) through Orbitz for the poor customer service. Refund never happened.

Nice & pleasant stay at the Chase suites! First time staying there & will be back!

Dirty, they need to actual clean the dirt off the walls. It could also use paint.
