Yes the room was not nice at all. the lady gave me a handicap room. Carpet was very old and dirty, I always come there and get good rooms, this time was terrible. She told there is no more rooms except for road facing. bathtub was plugging up. Overall experience was very bad

I booked a 2 bedroom suite based on reviews and pictures but it was nothing like ot. The rooms need remodeling, old furniture, doors jammed, molded bathrooms, toiletries need to be better and night staff wasn't welcoming.

The first thing you smell when you walk in the room, it smells like musty cigar smoke. I asked for extra sheets they sent me out sheets that had stains in the point I went and bought sheets for the pullout couch. I knew I couldn’t get my money back and I had to tough it out.
