Very clean room, early check in . Staff was very helpful
Had a bag of laundry that I turned in Friday morning. It didn't get done Friday or Saturday. As a matter of fact, it never left the office until I retrieved it Monday morning. Sunday the room was not cleaned. The snack shop had very limited items. The coffee shop was limited and expensive. I frequent Courtyard by Marriott on my trips. This time was not good. Sad to say.
It was clean and affordable given the last minute time we had.

Customer service is terrible. They need to do better checking and cleaning the rooms. We found two spiders in our bathroom and my wife is scared of spiders. Check in was 30mins long, felt like he treated us like outsiders because we booked thru 3 party. We asked for an upgrade, his response was he wouldn’t be able to because we booked thru third party and suggested us to go next door to the residence inn. We get to our room and A/C wasn’t working, they moved us to a room with the A/C working but it was really loud and hard to sleep thru but we were so exhausted from our travels that we didn’t care, we just wanted to shower and lay down.

Check in was good nice lady was there for two days didn’t get Any maid service on Sunday had to go down and get towel they need to fix the toilet keeps running they need to put signs on the ice machine I said go down to the front desk can I get ice

Dear Anonymous, It's our goal to provide outstanding service to all of our guests, am I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations for this visit. It seems there was a bit of confusion regarding your upgrade request, our courtyard property is mainly standard rooms with only a couple large suites that were already reserved for your visit. Our agent was trying to assist you by explaning our sister hotel the Residence Inn next store is 100% suites with full kitchens and that we could relocate your reservation if those items were needed for your stay.
