The staff was top notch. Everyone I had a conversation with was so attentive and nice. Room was very clean and quiet area. Although breakfast was not included with the rate it was very good with lots of variety with hot meal option from the kitchen I will stay here again. Thank you.

Hotel is under renovation and was not informed. Main elevator was out of service and had to use the freight elevator with construction team and was very dirty. The room was fine except there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went there during Christmas time and I understand it the holidays but I didn't except the menu selection for room service would be limited. The food i ordered was good but wanted the salmon instead. Overall a good experience.
