"We booked an oceanfront room but were initially placed in a pool-front room with only a slight ocean view. It wasn’t what we paid for, and we were only moved after raising the issue, which was frustrating and not how a stay should start.
That said, once we were in the correct room, the stay itself was nice. The property is well-maintained and has a lot to offer. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during our visit, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the amenities.
The resort fees also felt unnecessary, especially given that we couldn’t take advantage of much due to the weather.
Overall, a nice property, but the room mix-up and added fees took away from the experience."
