"We stayed at this AmericInn in Madison WI on our trip north, and again on our return trip south. My first critique addressed the same issues. 1) This is without question the best hotel we've stayed at for the value. Have we stayed at better hotels? Yes----at 3-4 times the price. Based on price/value, this hotel is ranked highest our my list. We will stay here again. 2) There is ALWAYS room for improvement. Unless you are at least six-feet tall (fortunately I am) you will not be able to reach the decaf coffee urn found on the highest shelf of the coffee island. There has to be a better set-up to serve those who are under six-feet tall and desire decaf coffee (like my wife). :-)"
