I left a clothing article in the Phoenix airport when waiting at the gate to board. I filled out a lost and found report waiting to hear back.#16123411 Thank you Judy Hudson

I was bothered that I when I booked the flights I had to pay for a carry-on. Once I got on the plane I read that it was to encourage passengers to pack lighter so that Frontier could be more eco-friendly. Then I was totally on board with it and VERY HAPPY with Frontier. Being eco-friendly is very important to me so I appreciated that. I just wish that would have been stated on the website more when I looked into baggage fees.
