I liked the property overall. The rooms were roomy but felt empty. I think that making the rooms cozier would help the hotel standout more.

Motel was fine and staff was nice. Stayed 2 days; received no room service at all. Asst Gen Mgr agreed to refund us one day for the problem.

Very quick check in

Three weeks after i stayed one night there is a new pending charge on my credit card, some staff member obviously got ahold of my card #, perhaps they target out of state people, do NOT stay here.

Room was dirty dog hair over the place was my 1st and last time staying I would never recommend this place to nobody

Clean safe

The property it’s self was very nice. We found however after day 2 there was an ant issue in our room. Our fault for not mentioning this to the staff but that was an issue for us. The staff was friendly when we did have questions or issue with our room key or need more bedding etc.. next time I’ll speak up about the ants because they actually ended up in our clothes which wasn’t pleasant.

Location was far enough from Greenbrier Parkay and I64 to not hear the traffic, but was kind of at the backside of a commerce park. Pool and exercise room was open with an appointment which was nice. Overall clean lookung, but the tile work in the shower had mold growing around the edges, making me rate that section lower.

Was advertised as taking steps to be extra clean due to the pandemic. It was not even pre-pandemic clean. The first room which was different than I booked, had half-used dirty toiletries, the toilet looked like someone forgot to flush, the microwave had old grease from food on it that came off when wiped so they never even wiped inside. The toilet paper roll was half gone and unfolded as if someone used it and there were big and small dark stains on the walls near bed and bath sink that could easily be wiped off IF they bothered to clean it. Moved to another room to be safe and that room smelled like curry, or garlic, the microwave had old lettuce caked to the plate, the cups were bot covered in plastic, the toiletries were half used again with some missing and the phone didn’t work. I was so tired from trip I just stayed here but wish I tried Aloft across the courtyard. The business center was shut down but that wasn’t mentioned online and when I asked the lady at the desk, she was rude and said to go to Aloft their sister hotel and walked away. She wasn’t even wearing a mask even though it’s required inside. The only nice clerk was Crystal and the other daytime clerk. Oh and for about twenty minutes the TV just blacked out and I had to turn it off and on again for it to work again. I had to do so much work to clean this room and feel comfortable. Avoid this place it is so dirty and the staff is lazy and rude.

I'd definitely stay here again. My family and I enjoyed the stay as well as how they're working through with their guest during this Covid-19 time.

SpringHill Suites not only meet my needs, but exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and informative. Pricing spot on and competitive for the area. Morning breakfast was superb. Rooms large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Pillows more to the soft side for me I enjoy a firmer pillow. I've tried all the Motels on Crossways Blvd. and this is the best of all. Totally a 10 star experience.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was close to shopping and entertainment.
