The dirtiest nastiest property I have ever sent my employees too. Cockroach infested so bad had to change our reservation mid trip. Still waiting for my refund. Please don’t stay here couldn’t have had a worse experience

I didnt like how no one gathers the garbage. The parking lot was clutterws with garbage.
The manager was very attentive and focused on cleanliness of the property. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, especially at this price point. The property was well maintained.
I did not stay there and they charged me anyway makes no sense

Staff was friendly but the hotel was very dirty! The hotel lobby was dirty - rub in the lobby was filthy. Our room was smelly, sheets were wrinkled and the comforter was stained . We were actually supposed to stay two nights but it smelled so bad( trash was left in the room under the counter) that we checked out the next morning and found another hotel.
I had the Reservation and confirmation for my stay. When I arrived they said that they were overbooked and I have to go their other property 30 min away. I told them that s not my problem. I have reservation and confirmation then you should provide the room. I had bookec 2 x Queen size bed room. Somehow they found 1 king size bed room and I said please provide sleeping bed and they dont have that. next morning when we went down stair for breakfast nothing was there except coffee and one muffin.
First arrived it seemed a little “sketch” just based on my senses. The rooms are a little out-dated compared to other hotels. Quiet facility, which was the best part wasnt disturbed by noise at all during my stay. The TV was small and far from the bed which made it difficult to watch. Poor signal of TV as well. No house keeping unless you’re staying for over a week, which was a plus - not disturbed by daily knocks.
