Pool facilities limited, better in neighboring properties, staff needs to be trained better since its an expensive resort. Great beach, very clean. Good drinks but expensive.

We had a wonderful time at the Ritz, beautiful ocean view room. The staff was very nice and respectful. Rose, Jarson and Agnes were very kind and always there to help. Alejandra was very kind as well. When in Aruba, always stay at the Ritz Carlton.

Hotel was very nice super clean! My only complaint was that the bed was pretty uncomfortable which was kind of surprising. Staff was very nice. Overall great experience
Overwhelmed and poorly operated property very slow/zero service at pool and restaurants, inflexible policies (would not allow 2 yr old cot in room) makes the $1500 /night premium price tag not worthwhile. Will stay at the Marriott for half the price next time.
Loved the club level staff and level of service. They were all very warm, friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.
