No signs very difficult to locate where anything is it seemed to me I was on my own left to find where everything is was given a map only. When I asked an agent they would point it that way. The hotel door would not close ask for service they never repaired also kitchen drain was clogged and not working as a licensed master plumbing I found the venting was wrong causing the issue.

The rooms are spacey, but dated. The AC unit could not keep up with the humidity in the room and everything felt damp. The restaurants were good, but not great. I would definitely come back to Aruba but stay in a different location.

I would definitely stay in this property again if I revisit Aruba. The location is convenient for any beaches / places you would like to explore. Love the free shuttle rides provided by the Divi Village and Golf Resort. You can actually walk to Eagle Beach… take a shuttle from this property to Costa Linda Resort, then walk about 5 - 7 minutes to the beautiful Eagle beach. 😍 You are pretty welcome. 😎 Enjoy your trip in Aruba.

Staff was very friendly, however I book the same resort through Expedia for the last nine years in September and when I arrived this year they told me it was room only rate. They charged another 800 per day for the 2 of us to be all inclusive. Also every property was under big construction so many areas were not open. A lot less this trip for a lot more money. I will be traveling to a new destination next September

We stayed in one of the newly renovated building#2. Room was a nice upgrade from previous stay in studio room at Divi Golf resort. View from room to the sea was breathtaking. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

I didnt like the fact that you have to learn this is not an all inclusive resort anymore once you get there and then have to pay $225 per person per day if you want all inclusive. When booking the resort amenities say all inclusive and its not Only Joenne was exceptionally wonderful.

We stayed in the studio room with a kitchenette and refrigerator, and it was awesome very comfortable and spotless. Housekeeping came every day and did a great job.

The room smelled of sewage. The smell seemed to be coming from the bathroom. We heard multiple other guests complain about this as well. The front door also had large gapping around it. This causes multiple bugs to enter in the room. The towels were also not clean.

Our check in was 4pm. We arrived at 8:15am and asked if our room could be done first. 10am is check out. We went to desk at 2pm spoke to manager and said room wasnt done. I asked bellman to check on room and my room was done and got my keys. The MgR could have done it and moved it along quicker.

Hotel was very nice and rooms were extremely spacious compared to others I have stayed at in other Divi resorts. Only complaint was sliding door so difficult to open and no fan in bathroom - so extremely hot. Otherwise, bathroom was very large and in great condition. Staff was good and location was excellent. Grounds well kept and Mulligans and Windows Restaurants were exceptional. Would definitely recommend!
