"We would like to highly praise Enrique, Sylvia and Suki for their service at the Tradewinds beach. They were very helpful in navigating the reserve by phone system . I believe a better system should be implemented so guests are not forced to be on their phones or at the hut at 8am during their vacation.
Other suggestions include lower minimum bet at Casino tables and new/different elevator music."
