Beautiful property and amazing staff

The property was nice, clean, and open airy space. Staff were very nice and helpful. The adult side was always busy and the music for the pool area was extremely loud until about 10:00pm. There Was great access to luxury shopping and the regular boats out to the island were nice. Some of the automatic doors didn’t work automatically, which presented a problem with luggage. Some of the signage could have been clearer at the elevator and escalators. Overall nice, but a little overpriced since there wasn’t walk-out access to any beach at all and most of the ocean view was overlooking a very busy and loud road. They won’t mention that on the website.

The property was amazing I enjoyed everything but the flamingo beach was a little disappointing because my daughter wanted to go over there but she couldn’t so she was a little upset but overall it was a great experience.

The Marina is ok and not as good as the ocean suites. The beach front rooms are not directly on the beach.. there is busy road in the middle and there is a lot of traffic and noise that woke me up early morning every day. The pool is boring and the property itself is not that great. This hotel is also far from all the action and restaurants around the eagle beach so expect to pay $20-$25 ea h way if you are planning to eat outside or have other adventure tours lined up (that do not offer pickup)

The entire experience was great. Overall a great Hotel with plenty of options and amenities. However their room service options were limited.

Amazing trip! Convenient location to all stores and restaurants. We are coming back and next time with friends and family!

We went to bed the first night and the sheets were filthy with what looked like makeup, so at midnight they came and made the bed.

David at guest services was such a great help & Elizabeth served my husband and I everyday at the pool during our stay, She was wonderful.

The proximity to local restaurants and shopping was great, however the beach front is not as nice as other hotels in the area. You have to be transported to another private island to experience the type of beach that the island is known for.

Friendly staff, cleanliness room service was Excellent overall Wonderful Experience!

This resort is great, everyone was friendly from check in to check out. They made you feel at home, they assisted and suggested things that was fun to do in the area. I would stay here again and the private island is a beautiful experience

Great hotel! Employees are friendly, very clean. WiFi sucks though.

Room, location was great but the private island was the best part of the resort.

Loved the restaurants on site and access to the private beach. The flamingos were the highlight of my trip!

Close to everything

The private island

Loved the island and the pool at both Renaissance hotels. Staff was excellent.
