Large 50sqm studio on the seafront, offering a terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the famous Promenade des Anglais.

Decorated in a theme white and blue sea, configured in open-space, with a large living room, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

You will enjoy its beautiful terrace for aperitif, meals or relax on a deck chair .... enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea!
A double bed can accommodate 2 people.
A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional travelers (adults or children).
For your privacy, a double screen is available to separate the 2 sleeping spaces during the night.

The location on the Promenade allows you to be in front of the beaches (public or private beaches), water sports nearby on the beach of Carras (100 meters from the apartment).

_Si vous souhaitez au moins une fois résider sur la Promenade des Anglais, ce studio est idéal. Surtout pour sa vue. _En long séjour, vous découvrez alors de minis détails négatifs inconnus mais qui n'arrivent pas à entamer le plaisir et la joie. Par exemple: on remarque enfin les 6 voies de voitures dessous mais le double vitrage est parfait; et le balcon reste agréable aux bonnes heures et week-ends +Le studio ne serait pas idéal pour ceux (pas nous) qui ne remarquent que les petits bruits (frigos ronronnant, tuyau des wc faisant du morse, claquements des portes du couloir des 3 voisins etc. ) Pour 2 semaines (&pas des moins chères), les mugs devraient être compatibles aux micro-ondes et ne pas brûler les phalanges :-) Les lunettes des wc fixées à 100%, le freezer plus grand et capable de garder les cornets de glace dures; et la pression du robinet froid de cuisine plus forte qu'un filet d'eau; et la bouilloire détartrée. Mais ce ne sont que des mini, mini, détails, des broutilles comparées à l'immense relaxation liée au lieu et la vue et la plage à littéralement 3 minutes. Comme d'ailleurs d'excellents vrais boulangers et magasins. Et le studio est plus grand que ce que les photos laissent penser. Le lit même si contre mur est idéal car le matelas permet de bouger sans déranger le voisin; il a éclairage dans le montant (non visible sur la photo). En autres détails, eux charmants aussi, même le lit sofa dépliant est ok aussi (haut avec superbe vue sur levers de soleil, mais un peu + bruyant). Et on a été accueilli par un épatant paquet de café, un panier bien pratique de restes d'huiles d'olives, sucres et herbes&aromates qui se révèlent bien pratiques pour la cuisine :-D ( d'autant qu'un 2e petit frigo vital venait d'être heureusement ajouté). Le seul soir de mauvais temps a même été un spectacle sons et lumières époustouflant du balcon protégé. Les ciels de Nice sont de tous les temps des chef d'oeuvres de la nature et ce studio en est un très agréable nid et poste d'observation. Nous recommandons fortement. D'autant que nous voyageons&louons depuis 1999 donc pouvons comparer.
