Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When we arrived, we discovered that somebody was living downstairs. Something that was not disclosed in the listing originally. The lock that was on that door coming from the occupancy downstairs, was simply a latch that could be easily pried open. We did not feel safe as we had children, and left the premises. The host would not return our questions on refund after we left the premises. After several attempts to contact the host and several others that were on that chat thread, we have not received a full refund. I am still trying to reclaim the money spent on this property. Stay clear of this property.
