The jacuzi was nice. I was not crazy about no belcony aswell as parking fee of 15 dollars.

The location was great, we were close to everything. The food in the area was terrible and expensive. We didn’t get one decent meal the entire time.

Closeness to all attractions Rooms were clean Needs a little updating

I really enjoyed the access to everything in the area ...very reasonable rate...walking distant to everything...the Falls, Hornblower cruises, zip line, Skylon, walk across rainbow bridge if u have ur passport...visits both sides, great restaurants(Kelseys), all the attractions for the kids...clean room with nice indoor and outdoor pools...didn’t need to drive anywhere!

Convenient within walking distances. The room was spacious.

We stayed last year and loved the location and the guy that worked there. This stay, a year later, the room was disgustingly filthy. The remote control did not work. We had to pay for parking at 33.00 for 2 days. The complimentary water was old and cloudy. The coffee was all out in the morning. The bed was very uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not work. Most importantly, our first encounter was with a girl at the front desk who was so mean, her attitude made us afraid to ask questions. Every person at the front desk was unapproachable, We were quoted two different prices for the WEGO. Very disappointing to say the least.

I really liked that this hotel is close to everything shops, restaurants, activities and about a 10 minute walk to the falls. I also really liked that it has an indoor pool and hot tub, which was great for days in which weather was a problem.

The room was very private and the view was nice. The bathroom was not that clean in the bathtub.

100 % please with the property me on my wife everything good

It was so close to everything, it was very modern. Will return.

Overall it was ok, great location, staff were helpful; however the shower was very tiny and there was not a city view as advertised.

I will stay in that hotel again and will let people know about their horrible service

Good Location on the WEGO bus line, Nice Staff, clean room and Baskin Robbins was open until midnight the night we stayed so we were able to go play Pac-Man and Galaga after we got back from the days festivities. (Niagara Falls is an all day most of the night kind of attraction- so much to do)

I liked that it was close to Clifton Hill. Enjoyed walking around there! The room was very clean & also quiet. The beds were so so comfortable. The windows though had moisture between them so not a clear view. The room had a very musty smell. Other than that it was a very excellent stay.

Thank you for your comment. Evan, you mentioned about having no balcony in your room. We have different room types to choose from, and some with balconies. As for the Parking Fee, anywhere you go in the Niagara Tourist area you pay for parking. We disclose this amount to you, so we are not over charging if parking is not required.
