Friendly staff. Room had everything we needed. Location was excellent and we stayed on the 5th floor with a balcony and we were able to see the fireworks at night. We went in May and the price was very reasonable.we will be back.

Me and my partner stayed for valentine’s day and booked the king room with the jetted tub. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Location was very convenient and we could walk anywhere around Clifton hill within 5-10 minutes. Parking was $20 extra per car which I thought was reasonable with the other parking lots being over $30 for the day. Only issue we ran into was our room was on the second floor right outside the smoking zone and we could hear everyone talking outside. Plus we could smell cigarette smoke too which wasn’t too pleasant. The water for the showers was loud so we could hear it whenever the next room over was using it. Check in was very long but giving it was a long weekend, should had have extra staff at the front desk to accommodate that.

The rooms were very clean, all the amenities were working and so well needed for my family during our stay. The staff were welcoming and kind when we needed help. When we asked for a little extra time before check out it was granted. Overall, this has been our favourite stay in Niagara ever ! We will be coming again.
