The hotel is in a good condition. Rooms are very well equipped and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just a little room to improve is that there's no telephone in the room to call the front desk/housekeeping; There is an oven in the kitchen but it's a waste for not providing a baking tray. overall, it's still a hotel with high recommendation.

This is an outstanding place to stay. Extremely clean, upscale, modern accommodations and amenities. Stayed in the 3 bedroom and was so impressed. Bedrooms were so spacious and each had their own bath. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything you would need. Living area was on an upper floor from the bedrooms, which was a nice feature. Staff were professional and courteous. The cleaning staff deserve appreciation because this place was spotless. This was a great stay!

I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed myself. This time around we did not receive the room we booked. Asked to move from this room and they said there was none available until the following night. The room we were stuck with clearly had not been cleaned. Laid on the bed and a bedbug crawled over top of me. Brought to the attention of the front desk (including bringing the bug I killed in a tissue and a photo of it alive on the bed before I killed it. I was then moved to another room in the basement that they all of a sudden had available. Was told they would speak to the manager the following day. When we checked out they said a refund would be issued. The refund was "pending" on my credit card but was never processed fully...just disappeared. I followed up with an e-mail and phone call. I was told they had the room inspected and could not find bed bugs and that I would not be receiving any compensation. Not right!

Overall the place was a good place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were a family of 4 with a 3 bedroom loft. Every bedroom had a tv in the room and their own bathroom attached. Everything was updated working like it should. The only bad things we ran across was the 3rd bedroom the bed was very broke down where it seemed like the frame was broke in the middle making the matress sag to the floor. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. One bathroom had someone elses feces and toilet paper left behind in the toilet, and the main bedroom had someones used water bottle laying behind the night stand. The main living area seemed cleaned and taken care of but as far as the bedrooms it seems this place really lacked on the cleaning.

We love The Cannery! The location is great if you want to be away from the loud tourist area, yet it is still conveniently close to the Dallas and restaurants. The family suite was amazing, lots of room and two bathrooms! The lounge in the basement was great for larger gatherings. We only wish that they had an outside patio

Excellent A very large room with a great kitchen space and had many kitchen equipment. A large flat TV screen was great to watch a movie. Bed was comfortable and sheets, beddings are clean and comfortable as well. A convenient location and glad to have a parking on the site. Highly recommend!
