This is an ideal location when visiting Newport. We loved being on the harbor with the sea lions and fishing boats. It’s within easy walking distance of delicious food and is easy to drive to nearby locations too. The property was exactly as advertised and was so cozy. It had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay.

Smuggler Cove

We enjoyed our stay at Smugglers Cove. One comment is that both bathroom floors need to be replaced. Both were very soft.

Newport Bay Getaway

Really enjoyed the location. We have been visiting the Oregon Coast for 48 years. Always stayed where we could see the full ocean view. After this location we have changed our minds. We really enjoyed our view of the bay. Boats coming and going and people watching. Better than just watching water!

Felt like a turret overlooking the harbour!

We loved the flat, it was in an excellent location and the interior was well looked after with quirky features, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The instructions to access the flat were clear and timely as were the guidelines for the guests. Thanks!

Great view! Comfortable bed

We had a wonderful stay. The property was located in the middle of it all. We walked everywhere. Had great meals out and great coffee in. Wish there were more Christmas boats to see. Excellent stay overall.

Nice spot in Old Town Newport.

I thought it was a great property for the price range it’s in. We usually stay somewhere ocean front but decided to try something different. Staying in Old Town was super fun. The location is great for walking around browsing the shops and there are a lot of restaurant and bar options. It was my wife and I and out two kids (14 and 11). Space wise it works for four people. Would recommend bringing an air mattress if sharing the Murphy bed doesn’t work for people in your group as the love seat isn’t big enough to sleep on. The kitchen is well appointed without being cluttered and has good quality furnishings to cook with. Overall no complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Stay overlooking the harbor and bridge

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the views were outstanding. It was so much fun watching the birds on the water each morning. The condo was decorated very fashionably and there were plenty of towels and condiments. I loved looking out the bay window at night with a wonderful glass of wine. Place was very quiet and the shops and restaurants were in very close proximity. We will definitely book the rental again. Thank you for our stay.

This was unfortunately not what we thought

Upon arrival we could not get into the main door and had to call to have someone let us in. The place was nice but the master bed is slanted and felt like I was sleeping on hill. The dishes all had to be rewashed because they were dirty. The master bath door does not shut, and the blinds don't go down to block the sun in the morning. Could have been better for the price.

Birthday visit

Renting was easy. The property needs upgrades. Major issue: windows were locked closed. Only ventilation was balcony door. The 1 closet was almost dangerous to open-plus totally filled when it was open. A 2nd door to the unit we had no control over was unsettling. None of the other units had a 2nd door.

One issue turned shower on in master bedroom and the shower head fell off.

When entering need to mention to hit the check mark button to open. Other than the shower head coming off and difficulty getting in was a very pleasant and relaxing stay
