Not handicapped friendly at all. Handicapped rooms farthest down hall Long walk from elevator and restaurant and parking exits. No ocean view at that end of building even though so stated in description of room. They use a freight elevator to transport wheelchair and scooters down to restaurant and young staff can never find key. The elevator then only takes you to lounge with limited seating and no access to seating below at windows with a view. Server for breakfast too young to provide alcoholic drinks like Mimosas. I ordered what I thought was a very expensive crab omelette for breakfast and it was just some crab folded inside a flat egg pancake with nothing else. No cheese or anything else. Totally disappointed. Clam chowder at dinner was indifferent and mostly just creamy soup without much else. Staff was pleasant. My overall opinion leaves much to be desired and after pushing my walker to room down a long hall I am tired and sore. We drove to other places to eat. Will not ever return.

We made a last minute reservation because we had been on the road for a while and check in was easy and quick. The room was clean, quiet and nice. Beds were comfortable and the shower/bathroom was quite big. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker available as well. Good location just off the 101 and right on the coast and access to the beach.

Very nice welcoming property, the ability to do laundry was a nice extra. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. Great place for families and also close to the beach. We had a great time here. We highly recommend this property.

Such a lovely place to stay. We loved the close beach, the fire pits, and the wonderful staff. All were so kind but Naomi was especially pleasant and wonderful to us our whole stay. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful view of the ocean from many areas din the hotel, Chairs in the lobby, entrance to each floor level, dining inside or out! Wonderful large trees and manicured garden of flowers and lawn

Poor front desk service

Front desk staff below average. Trying to get the WiFi password which they didn’t provide. Nobody answers the phone after repeated tries, do better!!
