This was a really cute and cozy place to stay! Probably one of my favorites on our two week trip. Coin-operated washer and dryer were available and very helpful to us. Lots of good food places a few blocks over and also just a few blocks from the beach!

This was actually a really great hotel in a busy city on Memorial Day weekend. The room was updated, clean and an excellent price. You can walk to many of the shopping districts on Newport from the hotel, and definitely reach the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fairly priced option.

In just a couple of minutes, you can be at the park by the lighthouse, crossing the bridge over the bay, or on the bayfront watching the sea lions. It was really nice to be so close.
