The rooms are generally pretty clean although there is usually a greasy kind of film from the Lysol or whatever they use to clean the surfaces on the desk, countertops, etc. But oj the flip side it means they are getting cleaned. Parking is always easy, very conveniently located for me (class right next door and a pawn shop down the road about a mile). Staff is always kind and helpful. Overall not a bad spot, I stay here everytime I'm in Newport which is pretty much every week since I've been working a job in the area. It's not a five star resort by any means but a decent place to stay if you aren't too picky.

Great as usual! I booked an extra night, and couldn't add it onto my ongoing stay and had to book a separate stay, but the manager noticed what was going on and I didn't have to pack up to check out and back in later that day, and kept me in the same room. Very good experience if you aren't looking for luxury, but rather just a nice comfortable room with your necessities.

Very nice little rooms for the price! I found my regular motel for when I'm in Newport! It's very conveniently located directly across the street from my class which helps. They have your typical full selection of cable TV channels, good Internet, I have no complaints about the cleanliness, and the staff is super friendly. Late check-ins are doable, you just have to call their front desk and they come right out. Overall very pleased, Will be back!

The staff at check in were very nice. Room was clean. Place is outdated. Right on Hwy 101, so very noisy. For the price it was as expected. I would stay thete again.

Great location, good sleep

Pet friendly, near all sorts of shops, shopping and the beach. Excellent location. Very clean room, good accommodations, comfortable beds. Fridge and micro in rooms. Our micro went out and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. There is baseboard heating but no need for it. Nice big window to let in the amazing ocean breeze. The building/rooms are old but everything works and is well kept. Would definitely stay again.
