The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was muffins, pastries, and coffee. The manger was nice and polite.
The hotel is clean and very nice-amazing for its price. I am glad I stayed there. The free wifi was fast and the free breakfast was nice. It's not a high end place, but a clean, comfortable place to stay. The proprietor (Mr. Lee) was friendly and helpful.

ROOM HAD A STRANGE, BAD ODER. WALLS WERE IN NEED OF REPAIR. BED WAS SO HARD, NOT COMFORTABLE. PEOPLE IN PARKING LOT RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM MAKING NOISE ALL NIGHT. COULD HEAR NOISE IN ROOMS ON EACH SIDE OF US ALL NIGHT. WE DROVE ALL DAY TO GET TO NEWPORT THEN COULD GET NO SLEEP. WE RESERVED FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT.
We were positively surprised by this motel which is above quality compared to most other motels we stayed in during recent Oregon road trip. Convenient located for NYE beach And bayfront area

Very comfortable, even had refrig on marble counter, organized with micro, and coffee, like small studio, great scent soap. $ pillows and even a lite on each side of bed so 2 can read at night !

When I checked in the front desk did everything she could to overcharge me. I had the Print out and refused to pay more. She then tried to blame Or$itzfor the problem and encouraged me to never use them and I should deal with the hotel directly. The TV didn't work and it was on their list to repair. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The breakfast is a complete joke, cheap muffins (at least they are individually wrapped!) and warm juice.
The staff was very friendly and the price and location were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
All is good in this motel. Large and clean room well equiped. Staff is efficient and comprehensive. The only little reproach is about the breakfast. Not enough diverse and without milk. But it was not so important.
Everything about the experience at this place was at least average. You can't go wrong for the price. I would stay at Roadway Inn again!
Stay away from this place... No hot water for shower and double charged for room. The only good thing about this place was the coffee.
