We had a gorgeous water view from our 3rd floor room. And we also enjoyed the private dec area. But be prepared for a walk up 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. And early check-out at 11:00

Nightmare in Newport, Oregon

People need to be informed about the many steps to their rooms. I had 14 steep steps to tackle, a room with 100 degree, no air condition, a small fan running, standing on the floor. Dinky small bathrooms. Old furniture, We cancelled our stay, and left immediately, in spite of having paid the first night stay for two rooms. There was no way we could have stayed there. I hope this is a warning. The hotel should tell people the truth about their rooms.
