Im pretty sure my booking said ocean view, but when I got there the clerk said my booking was for a standard room, so we had to pay an extra $30. Its an 8 minute walk to the beach. Several cute little shops within walking distance. Rooms were clean.

Almost oceanfront, view was great. 2 blocks to beach access. Room was not clean. Blue soap marks in tub from last person, chair was very worn and ripped, condition of all furniture was otherwise dinged or warped or water damaged. Staff was pleasant and approachable but otherwise very run down and poorly cared for.
