Great location, right on the bayfront. Awesome view from our room! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The only negative was we stayed in mid July and there is no air conditioning at this property. They gave us an extra box fan which did cool things a bit, but when you pay nearly $200 for a room you expect to have a comfortable night sleep temperature wise.
The stench of rotting fish was unbearable, and the lack of air conditioning forced us to either swelter inside or open the windows to let the smell inside. Not to mention, the windows are to a public area, and not safe to leave open when you are sleeping or not there. We were planning to stay two nights, but left after the first miserable night. Never again.
Great value, we will return!!! Highly recommended. Our unit was right above the marina and Yaquina Charter office and mooring slip (also highly recommended for fishing charters).
Our family stayed for three nights. Cozy place. Nice kitchen. Great view. From the place that we stayed to go to the restaurants and the seafood markets not far to drive, we could walk there about 10-15'. Good exercise if you look at that way :-)

Other than a smoker on the balcony right next to ours and the noise from the bar down the way it was a pleasant stay. Room was very clean, equipped nicely and weather was perfect. Ate at Local Ocean Seafood four times; love that place!!!!

We were disappointed to learn that you were unhappy because of the smell from the bayfront; of course, when you are located on a working bayfront and marina, it is something that does go with the territory and unfortunately that is out of our hands. If you were here when we had some of the rare tropical weather, that can make the rooms a bit warmer than usual, so leaving the windows open is a safe option because they do lock in position, including the front door screen. We also have box fans available that we are happy to provide upon request. We apologize for your unhappy experience with us. Should you decide to give us another try, please ask for a room in another area of our building, and please be sure to communicate any problems you may be having at the time so that we can address them and find a solution.
