This apartment is great- located in a fun, active area with lots of food/restaurant choices. There's a good gym on the premises which was really appreciated as my husband and I work out regularly. The unit was clean with a few amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel) and LOTS of coat hangers!! We had a bit of confusion with finding the lockbox for check in, but Chris was a very responsive host and we figured it out. We had beautiful weather so went out on the deck for coffee in the mornings.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Chris provided all the details needed for location, check in, etc. The apartment was spacious for NY. We loved the outdoor space, rooftop deck and gym. I would definitely book here again the next time we’re visiting Brooklyn!

The apartment was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped, good amount of space and so nice having an outdoor patio. The bathroom was spacious and modern and it was great having two tvs. The apartment building was super safe and laundry was easy to use. The area was perfect and felt very safe with a toddler. Would stay here again and highly recommend staying here for your trip to New York.

Super clean apartment!!!

This was the best stay so far in Brooklyn. The apartment was immaculate. It was very quiet and enjoyed the roof top garden with views of NYC and Williamsburg. I appreciated the that kitchen had all the amenities to make coffee in the morning!!! I felt safe in the area at all times of day and evening!! Communication with host easy and straight forward. Will definitely book again!! Thank you very much

Convenient Location

I had a very nice stay during a rainy few days in April. The building is near the G line and a couple buses which made getting around very easy. Check-in and check-out was straight forward. Apartment was clean and well maintained, and the building was fairly quiet. I enjoyed this VRBO experience!

Perfect one bedroom in Greenpoint!!

5 stars all around. Loved the location- easy access to restaurants, cute shops and the subway. Very clean and well equipped!! Particularly appreciated the yoga mats and all the electrical outlets- i could charge all my devices right next to the bed. Woo hoo!! Our host, Chris, was super nice and gave us excellent instructions on everything from how to get the key from the lockbox to how to use the app for the laundry room to how to get into the gum. We will definitely stay here again!!
