The girl who checked us in was incredible. She was friendly, helpful, and has really made this a great stay. The pool was nice & we will definitely stay here again.
AC was very loud and also a lot of road noise thru cheap windows.
THE BATHROOM IN THE ROOM FLOOR HAD DIRT ON THE FLOOR, ALONG WITH THE CARPET BY THE DOOR. THE SHOWER LOOKED DIRTY. THE LIGHT WAS DIRTY WITH COBWEBS AND DIRT. THE FILTER IN THE ROOM FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS PLUGGED AND DIRTY.
Pool was great! Breakfast was great! Room was clean and beds were comfortable! Staff was very helpful and friendly!

We loved that the rooms surrounded the pool area. The hot tubs were at one end with the pool and the tables and social area were at the other. The hotel was older but being remodeled. The staff was friendly. We will be coming back again in March.

The staff were great and friendly and the pool area was nice beyond that it was a dump. The room smelled so bad, the fitness center hadn’t been cleaned in years and most of the equipment they had didn’t work. It was awful- we won’t be back.
Nice place fir the money
Very close to Canterbury Downs and did like the restaurant. We did not get to check in until around 4:30 which was a bit frustrating. I think like many places they are short of help so housekeeping was not getting done.
When I got there, they first issued me the wrong room. I had booked a room with a king sized bed and they gave me a room with 2 queen sized bed. After saying something to the front desk, they had no rooms with king sized beds available so they upgraded me to a "suite" with a king sized bed. When checking into that room, the toilet was nasty! There was ALOT of black mold growing on the lid, seat, and inside of the toilet.
Good location. Clean. Very modern decor. Pool & jacuzzi are nice. Disappointed in the room location. Paid extra for a poolside view but when we got in the room the view was a wall in a hallway leading to the pool. There were two vending machines & an ice machine in the hallway. One of the vending machines and the ice machine didn’t work. When I called the desk to ask about the poolside view -I was told I would have to go through Expedia- I used Orbitz. Everything besides the room selection issue & the front desk response was fine at this hotel was fine. Don’t let that influence your decision. Just don’t let them stick you in rooms 123-125- or 127 if you paid the extra for a poolside room.

Pool area is great Two hot tubs is nice, but the pool closing at 10:00 is too early 11:00 would be much better on fridays and Saturday especially. The attached restaurant was nice to have and the shuttle to local events was great for our large group!!!
