I like that it was close and convenient to where I was visiting. The hotel could use a little more upkeep and cleaning. It was very dirty and not maintained well.

this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. No safe, both me and my friend had our stuff totally gone through and money stolen by the maids.

The hotel was fine for my needs I was working in New Orleans and stayed at the Ramada for four nights the bed was comfortable enough of the room was clean besides under the bed and in hard to reach areas but that’s OK I’m not that picky as long as the sheets were clean and the staff was friendly I was OK

Good convenient location between New Orleans and the country. Its a little dated but overall nice facility. The rooms are nice and the continental breakfast is enough to take the edge off for breakfast. The swimming pool was closed.

Between the horrible mold smell, the bugs all over the room, and the unbelievably rude and inconsiderate staff; I will never stay at a Ramada again. After just getting out of the hospital exactly 1 week ago because of respatory issues, and a completely destroyed esophagus because of heavy vomiting of blood (sorry for intense details.) All is a health issues due to an experience with mold.. We walk into the hotel lobby first where it instantly reeked of mildue, yet we still proceeded to check in. We go to the room where it smelt even worse to the point I had to run out of the building. My brother checked the room out to find bugs crawling EVERYWHERE. I go back to the lobby to tell them due to my VERY recent experience with mold, I could not stay there. No one disagreed or tried to reassure me that the hotel was clean, mainly because I was right. Since I booked with orbitz, in order for me to cancel my stay, the management would need to confirm I wasn’t going to be staying my three nights there. They refused and had the nerve to ask me to show them my medical records!!!! Even after I complied to this violation of health information patient privacy (HIPPA), they still were of no use to help me. The only response I was given for showing them my protected health information; including test results, lab work and hospital discharge summary was this. “Its not our fault for your health problems.” When I responded with “so it’s my fault your hotel is dirty?” I receive a simple yes

The front desk clerk was a very nice lady but the hotel is simply too old and in dire need of a complete refurbishing !!!

Hotel was far away from activities. It was nice place to sleep.

This hotel is in an excellent location if you are traveling to Luling or Hahnville. It does feel a little bit dated -- it feels more like a motel -- but there is good security as all the rooms are accessed from the inside, and they certainly are clean. The trains and river traffic, although close, are not overly noisy. Our family enjoyed its stay.

The hotel was dirty, never had room service in 3 days no food or anything near had to ask for towels because never had room service. Room was filthy we had to sleep in clothes because we were afraid. Absolutely terrible

Room in general was clean but cookies under chair, wifi didn't work for me. TV remote didn't work. If things didn't happen would have enjoyed stay.

The hotel was convenient to the area, the rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable.

Had trouble getting moisture out of room. Dust mites. Free breakfast was better after a few days: more choices; waffles, bananas, apples, etc.

No real resturant. Too much $'s for what was there

This Hotel were very comfortable and clean,I ENJOY WERE THE LOCATION WERE ON RIVER ROAD,MY DAUGHTER WANTED TO SAY FOR EVER.I WERE NEAR WALMART and food center.I LOVE THE CONFORT OF THE BATHROOM,THE IRONING BOARD.It were a joy.

nice hotel - close to new orleans and the country

Good convenient location between New Orleans and the country. Its a little dated but overall nice facility. The rooms are nice and the continental breakfast is enough to take the edge off for breakfast. The swimming pool was closed.

Between the horrible mold smell, the bugs all over the room, and the unbelievably rude and inconsiderate staff; I will never stay at a Ramada again. After just getting out of the hospital exactly 1 week ago because of respatory issues, and a completely destroyed esophagus because of heavy vomiting of blood (sorry for intense details.) All is a health issues due to an experience with mold.. We walk into the hotel lobby first where it instantly reeked of mildue, yet we still proceeded to check in. I go back to the lobby to tell them due to my VERY recent experience with mold, I could not stay there. No one disagreed or tried to reassure me that the hotel was clean, mainly because I was right. Since I booked with orbitz, in order for me to cancel my stay, the management would need to confirm I wasn’t going to be staying my three nights there. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced and of your recent health issues. The reservation that was made was non-cancellable, non-refundable. The hotel did cancel your reservation so that you could find other accommodations which I hope was of better service to you.
