It's very close to airport. The lobby is comfortable; my room and the pool not so much.

All the reviews caused me to go with this hotel. The room smelled of dead fish. The floors were beyond filthy. I threw out my grandsons socks. The carpet was sticky. And to top it all off the pillows smell of sweat. Fist night I touched it out since the babies had slept and we had no choice. I asked them to change the sheets and fix the toilet. They fixed the toilet so I assumed changed the sheets. NO! Again a restless sleep without pillows. The breakfast staff were very helpful when we needed to ask about an egg allergy information. The weekend early morning desk person, before I checked out, was sincere and very apologetic but could not deal with the issue.

Just seemed like it needs some updating. I don't want to say anything bad but there was an odd smell in the hallway going to our room.

The room was in good shape. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel again. The only drawbacks I had were some stains on the carpet and the toilet had a very cheap plastic toilet seat that kept going wonky when sitting on it. You would think a hotel like this would be able to afford a better toilet seat.

I called for 2 days to cancel my reservation due to our flight getting cancelled and the phone line was busy. I also was going to use the free airport shuttle and was not able to contact them to pick up my family from the airport because the phone was still busy (2 days). I ended up having to take an Uber to get to the hotel. They said their phone lines were not working. I don’t know how you can run a hotel without a way to contact them. The desk clerk could not help us so I am waiting to hear from the supervisor.

Nice hotel with shuttle close to airport. The shuttle was available when I needed it.

Convenient VooDooBBQ & Grill attached, but the catch22 was my room smelled like their smoker. In their defense, the hotel was overbooked and they had to use rooms they don't normally use - but it was what it was.

It was a great experience. I will stay again if in the area.
