Enjoy a peaceful stay at this fabulous 2-bedroom house in New Orleans. The bedrooms feature 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. One of the bedrooms features a wall mounted TV, and the other has a tablet for guest use. With amenities like heating, AC, and an iron, you'll have everything you need for a perfect stay. The full and half bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and shower for added convenience. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. The screened in porch provides an incredible relaxation space, and with the Bluetooth speaker set, you can easily listen to your favorite music while enjoying coffee, the Pickleball Court or some TV. The fans help keep that porch cooler, and there is ample seating for all guests to enjoy together. The pickleball court is a great family activity and something that is rarely publicly accessible in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking needs. There is a Kureg coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. The home is centrally located and can easily access almost any part of the city in 10-15 minutes. Nearby there are many attractions as well. The Freret St corridor is loaded with bars, restaurants and shops. That is just a few blocks away. Oschner Baptist Hospital is just a block away. There is a streetcar line that is walking distance to the property that can take you further uptown or directly to the French Quarter and downtown areas as well. Magazine Street is additionally close by and offers additional attractions similar to Freret Street.
