The manager was always around trying to make sure you had everything you needed.

I had confirmed reservation 2wks in advance, but upon arrival to the property, they said, they didn't have reservation for me. Due to the local festival, not a single hotel had a room available. I felt like a homeless that night! Terrible!

Furniture was stained, looked old and worn out. Room was clean.

A sudden death in the family created an unplanned trip and a need for a room for a night. We estimated our point of need, searched and found this one.

First, they didn’t have a room available that matched the room type I reserved and pre-paid for, so I didn’t have enough beds for my family of four. Then they wouldn’t give me a roll away bed without an additional charge even though they had messed up on room availability causing me to need the bed. The check-in agent was rude and unhelpful because she was “tired.” Then there was only a small partial roll of toilet tissue in the room. Of course we discovered this at the least convenient time.

Next time I reserve a hotel, I will pay attention to whether pets are allowed. The dog right across the hall from me barking at 6:30 really makes it hard to get to sleep. I am sure it is hard to get hotels to take pets. This place might be good for others, but it was not good for. Me.

Traveling from southwestern part of Louisiana to Florida with a 9 month old. This was about halfway so I split the drive up to make baby more comfortable. Desk clerk (male) watched me (young lady) lug baggage and baby inside and then watched as I waited on the elevator - which was broken. He let me stand there holding all of my bags and a tired baby and after a few minutes he decides to tell me that the elevator was broken and I'd have to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Where has common courtesy gone? Seriously. I had no other problems with the hotel except for this desk clerk and his lack of common courtesy. I will teach my son how a southern gentleman acts!

Friendly, clean and very quiet hotel. Rates are very affordable.

Clean, nice lobby, pet friendly, looks and feels new. Breakfast could have been better.

I booked this location based on reviews and an outstanding overall rating. They did not disappoint! In fact, we'll be staying there again tomorrow night on our journey home. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff are extremely nice!

It was ok the staff was very helpfull

I know it is a brand new hotel but very friendly staff and great location. Need to put sign at front of drive.

We apologize. We are not sure why the reservation did not show in our system.

This is not the experience we wanted you too have. It looks like you have booked through a 3rd party We would be able to look your folio up if we had a name to see why there was an issue. You can email us at lq6094gm@laquinta.com or call us at 985-649-2170. I will be glad to follow up. I am the GM. Ask for Bob.
