I recently stayed at this beautiful property in the heart of downtown New Orleans, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the city's most exciting areas while still feeling safe. I loved the numerous dining options available onsite, which made it so convenient. The property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, from the front desk to everyone I encountered. The hotel boasts fantastic amenities, and I can't wait to come back again!

The property is located within walking distance of Bourbon Street, casino and convention center. The breakfast buffet was worth the money, with excellent choices. My only complaint is that the pool was oily and cloudy, which seemed unsafe.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in a while. The customer service definitely is good and they are friendly. The hotel is clean inside and out. This is a good area if you like downtown and the convince of catching a car, bus, or even walk because everything is in close distance. The food at the restaurants are good and so are the restaurants outside of the hotel. The only reason I did not give the hotel a 5/5 is because the water pressure is so low and it also takes awhile for the water to get warm. We did have a quick power outage but the hotel did send out an apology for inconvenience which was considerate.

The hotel staff was awesome! The entire staff was so thoughtful and gave me amazing surprises for my Birthday! The hotel was nice, clean. The elevators can be confising, at first. The area was perfect for walking to some nearby restaurants, a grocery store, the casino, etc. They need to improve parking/prices.

It was my first time visiting New Orleans, and it was a time to be had! Ms Betty and Paul, the waiter, were outstanding! The ambiance was amazing overall, 10 out of 10! Even with the minor misunderstanding about a small issue, I recommend it!!!

My room was not cleaned during my stay. No one could or would give me change for a $100 bill. Although separate from the hotel, the food at the adjacent Italian restaurant was poor.

Was supposed to have an accessible King. Got a double Queen, which had no handrails whatsoever in bath. Room was stuffy - was a fan blowing carpet when we arrived. No AC in bathroom. Had fire alarm at 12:30 am and had to walk down stairs for 20 floors only to finally be told was a false alarm. Only positive was location and parking.
