I had bug in my unit the sheet wasnt clean in both room. The bathroom wasnt clean. Car was broken into if you have out of state tags. If you dont park into the gate. No one wanted to help.

We loved our stay here! The suite was in the perfect spot — right off a main road for easy access to everything, but still felt secluded, private, and peaceful. The gated property made it feel like a hidden retreat in the middle of New Orleans. The neighborhood had such old-world charm; we loved strolling around at dusk with the flicker of the oil lamps lighting up the brick sidewalks. Huge shoutout to Aaron at the front desk — seriously the best! He pointed us in all the right directions, shared great local advice, and always checked in to see how our day was going. He really made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet, charming stay in NOLA with top-notch hospitality.

Great location, away from the party scene but close enough to get to it quickly. 2bedroom/2 bathroom set up is great for families. Cons: no tv in the bedrooms which is not ideal. Living layout is bad, it’s almost impossible to see the television from where the couch is positioned. Also the mattresses are very uncomfortable!!

Ruby was great! Very patient, calm, and friendly. The issues that I see as a traveler: Mattress was worn(horrible), Access to the gate( getting in/out of your vehicle for paid parking to type in a code not ideal for weather, it was a miracle to catch someone actually sitting at the desk when needing something,I emailed the host three times awaiting a response and never received one, which delayed my check in, shower was like warm the entire stay.

The hotel its self was very good and clean. It is not in a good area, but it does have a locked gate you have to have a code. I do think its ridiculous you have to pay extra for parking at the hotel. The beds were full not queens. The pull out couch was not very big or comfortable. The first night we lost power not once but twic. I will not stay at this hotel due to its loction. We have 3 small children and felt unsafe in that location. The pool is very cold. Its needs to be heated. They also close the pool very early

The front desk receptionist was so sweet and informative. It was our first time and she gave us a list of so many fun things to do as first time visitors. Definitely coming back to this facility when I come back again to visit.

Fantastic property and once you get away from main road the neighborhood is charming with many places to eat. Loved our room, like an apartment and staff was excellent. The only bummer was no upfront gated parking costs unless you know your car plate and if you’re renting a car you don’t have it. Turns out $30 a night, wish they would’ve just revealed that up front. $200 in parking for week wasn’t expected. Otherwise 5 stars!
