There were stains on our bedding that was off putting. Also the check in process was confusing and I received scam emails about this reservation. So I think my data was leaked somehow. The location of the unit was excellent, and our stay was good overall. But I probably wouldn’t book anything managed by cozy suites because it felt uneasy / risky.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in perfect distance from all of the hottest places to visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and stay at Roami. The place is just as lovely as the photos! There's so much space, and it's really quiet, too. It's only a 5-minute walk to Bourbon Street, and getting an Uber to other spots is super easy. I would absolutely book here again!

The check process was very inconvenient. It was the worst part of the stay. I had to speak with 2 representatives before I was finally granted access into the property. I stood outside in front of the property for at least 20 minutes before I was able to get access. I was questioned buy numerous individuals entering and as it building as if I didn't belong there. I booked this particular place because it said free parking. When I arrived there was no parking. They suggested that I park in a garage a block away. I had literally six bags to carry. The apartment was nice. However, the seats on a bed have brown stains on them. The shower had here from the previous guest.in it. The floors weren't swept thoroughly as they should have been.
