Great experience
This is a great find. We stayed with our four adult children. There is much more space than we would have had with two hotel rooms. Our apartment had high ceilings and a full kitchen. It was very clean and well appointed. It was perfect for us. We highly recommend it for a party of 6 or more. The check-in process is different than anything we have ever done but it worked very well even for us novices.
I will be back!
Great place to stay that is close to the action (an easy walk to Bourbon St), but a much quieter, business district vibe so all the chaos isn't right outside of your window
Beautiful property. Very spacious and clean. Only negative feedback relates to the bathroom. The sink had a large crack, tiles in the shower were loose and wobbly behind the shampoo & conditioner, tub plug was broken and had to be dug out to let water drain. The glass in the front door to the building was shattered. Other than that it was a great visit, would definitely repeat.

Property was in a wonderful location, for our trip. The flat space was perfect and having a kitchen and laundry was amazing! Parking was close and reasonable. The only downside was the bed mattress was worn and uncomfortable.
Pictures matched real life; place is very spacious; location is fantastic (few blocks from French Quarter). Kitchen well stocked - plates, cookware, utensils. Service for any issues - very responsive! Negative: Tram flows right past 215 apartment - can be noisy; front closet needs coat rack/hangers. Fold out bed - keep expectations low for any kind of comfort. Trash chute on 2nd floor overflowing as other guest don't follow guidelines.

Tons of space, modern décor and home-like feel. This property was perfect for our family. We had a two-level townhome with a sofa bed which slept five. The kitchen was complete. Nearby parking was reasonable.
The unit (3 bedroom, 3 bath) was wonderful. However, seldom having anyone at the front desk meant we couldn't ask questions. So, a "things to do" folder in the unit would have been nice. Having a combination lock box with one key inside worked well since we had 5 people in the unit and didn't have to keep tract of a key. Our unit was on a 4th floor corner and we had to use "white noise" on our phones to block the outside noise. I would definitely book Stay Alfred units again.
We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. If you don't want to walk the streetcar was also located a short distance away. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. We traveled with friends so having the kitchen and living space made it easy to visit yet still had privacy with our own rooms. I do wish there had been more than 4 towels so we did not have to do laundry as often, but the washer and dryer did come in handy a couple times. I would stay here again!!!
Great space. Wonderful attention to detail. High-end finishes and very clean. All the comforts of home. Only negative was that it was in a transitional neighborhood that at times felt somewhat uncomfortable when walking in the evenings, but just a small stretch felt that way. Very close to Canal Street the Roosevelt Hotel and Fairfield Inn so that there were usually quite a few folks milling about at all hours of the day/night. They had security on site in the evenings, absent during the day. I would recommend this property and will stay at other Stay Alfred's if they are as nicely appointed and comfortable and clean as this unit. Very reasonably priced too.
