Parking is $50 a night with the valet. There is no other option. I had them valet my vehicle, 2025 Yukon Denali, and it came back with damage to the right front bumper. When i reported it, they argued and said it was already like that. The vehicle is a rental and was prestine when i picked it up. After arguing, they created a damage report and said they'd look into it. So now im stuck paying for damages they caused. Also, the floors throughout the place are filthy! In my room, my white socks were black from the dirty floors.

The rooms were very nice! The breakfast was great the stay also came with 2 free drinks each night at happy hour. The staff were all great and so nice. It is in a great location, my 12 year old son and I stayed here and we walked everywhere and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The made to order breakfast is always the best part of staying at an Embassy Suites. This facility is in the middle of EVERYTHING! However, parking options are very limited.

My room had a balcony amazing. Ice cold room. No self parking. Breakfast as always very good. Missed the cocktail hour still enjoyed a drink. Great lobby vibe. It was a family reunion & cruise goers hanging out. Love the walking distance. For some it may be far to walk. Good exercise. Enjoyed the walk and sightseeing. Felt safe in New Orlean.
