Complete chaos at checkin. Hotel doesn’t seem to have a clue, managing checkins on paper sheets…
Easy check in
Everything was great except it’s been several days since I’ve checked out and i’m still waiting for my security deposit to be returned. Other than that, no complaints on my end.
All staff were wonderful. But the property was out of toilet paper, laundry bags, limited towels in room.
I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites By Hilton in New Orleans from July 25 to July 27, 2023, and my experience was disappointing. One of the most glaring issues was the unfriendly and unhelpful night staff at the hotel front desk. They could have been more willing to assist with any inquiries or concerns, making the check-in process and overall experience quite unwelcoming. Another major letdown was the accommodation itself. I had booked the executive suite, specifically for six people, but there were no soaps in the bathroom upon arrival. To make matters worse, there was an inadequate supply of bedding and towels for my entire family. I was shocked to find such a lack of attention to detail in a supposedly reputable hotel. When I requested extra bedding to address the shortage, the response I received was beyond disappointing. The staff informed me that I had to personally go downstairs and collect it myself. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of Hilton's standard. Overall, my stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton in New Orleans was nothing short of a disaster. The combination of unhelpful staff, inadequate amenities, and the blatant lack of consideration for guests left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone, and I strongly urge potential guests to think twice before booking their stay here.
Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit outdated but clean. Breakfast great everyday. And the 2 complimentary drinks every night was a nice addition.
A huge Thank You to staff members Alexias and Cory to moving me to a quieter room when the hotel across the street decided to hold a BLASTING ROOF top party that was directly across from my room. Thank you!!!
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest
Great value and size of unit. Only negative , outside loudness at night, but it's New Orleans
First, the staff at the New Orleans Embassay suites is great. Kind, Pleasant, and helpful. I stay in the warehouse district because it is away from the craziness and noise of Canal street hotels. Over twenty years. What has changed is the noise level outside of the hotel (street racing, spinning tires) is heard even on the 11th floor. This is outside the control of the hotel staff. But, couldn't someone call the police? Good hotel with basics. The wear and tear are visible. Overall ok.
Excellent
Dated property, no water pressure but excellent breakfast
It was the perfect suite for me and my family. my kids really enjoyed going out on the balcony.
Ordered room service, no one showed up, then we called a few time, finally someone showed up and changed towels, and that is it, didn’t refill the toilet paper, didn’t change the bedding, nothing. And they didn’t have toilet paper or other essentials. Worse experience ever.
