Convenient to everything. People were nice Free hot breakfast was a plus. The comfort of our room was very nice

Found allocated suite with lot of smell. Staff allocated new room to me. That also had smell. Newer room had a full bed not king as as originally booked.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for the first couple of days (the Loft rooms are particularly nice), until returning one day to find that my electronics were stolen while I was out of the room (including phone charger and expensive headphones). The items were definitely taken by the cleaning staff, as I charged my phone that afternoon at 4:30 PM when I returned to my suite (at that time my suite had not been cleaned yet), and then when I returned around 8 PM the items were missing (the suite had been cleaned in between the time I was in and out of the unit). When I reported this theft to the front desk, they just brushed it off, had me fill out a "written report" and told me that the housekeeper that cleaned my room did not recall seeing any headphones/charger. Very happy I did not have my laptop in the room at that time! Overall, the hotel was nice, but you should NEVER need to worry about your personal items while you're out of the room. This was a real bummer, and I would never stay in this hotel again for this reason alone. If you do decide to stay in this hotel, put literally anything of value in your safe and do not leave your laptop/other valuables in the room unattended -- as, if they get stolen, the hotel staff will just tell you that the housekeeper did not take the items and it'll be your loss.

Great staff, hospitality, room, area and everything was perfect!

Hotel was walking distance to Harrah's, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Smoothie King stadium and Canal and Bourbon street. Great stay for Allstar Weekend and Mardi Gras!!

Wasn't a pleasant stay. I was kept awake by what I thought was an air conditioning unit but instead was the building across the street with enormous roof vents. Window glass are thin enough so it did not damper any noise. Barely stayed a single night. Checked out the room at 4am. I couldn't sleep. Room 848.

Overall it was a good stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would also stay here again as well.

We had a nice stay. Breakfast was great! The hotel is just a block from the casino and 15 min walk to the market in the French quarter.

I totally recommend this Hotel, good location, beautiful rooms, nice nice really nice service, complementary happy hour, delicious breakfast, clean I will come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean and within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. At the time I was there they were working on the elevators which resulted in longer waiting times and using the service access elevators, but other than that it was awesome!!

Great location awesome free breakfast with great chef! Will be back!

No parking available the money I saved went right back to them in parking. Only valet parking available and its $37! Was not happy about that at all. Checked into a room that was already occupied. Had to go back to front desk to change rooms. Ordered take-out and staff would not allow delivery to room. Would not stay there again!

Staff was great, room was immaculate. palming distance to everywhere I needed to go for business and pleasure! Safe. Clean and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Stay a this hotel for my cousin bachloretta party n we had a wonderful time. Best part was happy hour

My brother and new wife visited Embassy in December 2014. They really enjoyed the staff, food, and excellent service. Thank you Embassy for giving my family a wonderful experience.

The room was very small with one double bed. Very high priced for the size of room. Parking was extremely expensive. However, the drinks and breakfast were great as usual.

Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms was clean and free breakfast was exceptionally good!

Check in and check out were fabulous. They put us in the historic building next door to the main hotel and we loved it. Breakfast was good, happy hour was great, room size was perfect, location couldn't have been better for our cruise trip. We simply walked to the ship from the hotel.

This hotel provided a great experience! The location was close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, etc in the city. The hotel had 2 hours of complimentary drinks and snacks each night and a complimentary omelette station for breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and made great recommendations for places to visit and eat at.

Overall, I love the hotel. Staffs were very friendly. I always stay at this hotel everything time I go to new orleans.

Stay away from this side or else you will have a loud night.
