Parking is $50 a night with the valet. There is no other option. I had them valet my vehicle, 2025 Yukon Denali, and it came back with damage to the right front bumper. When i reported it, they argued and said it was already like that. The vehicle is a rental and was prestine when i picked it up. After arguing, they created a damage report and said they'd look into it. So now im stuck paying for damages they caused. Also, the floors throughout the place are filthy! In my room, my white socks were black from the dirty floors.

Upon arrival the room was in good condition however the refrigerator did not get cold, the AC and hot water went out our 2nd night. Housekeeping was SPANISH speaking only (in NOLA, lmfao). The 3rd day at 2:30am we had to move to another room. Other than that customer service was 👍.
