The person checking us in was very nice. However we had to change rooms due to it being dirty and also smelling of smoke. Next to us someone was staying illegally and was being kicked out as we were checking in. The rooms were clean, but the TV did not work all evening and night, not just in our rooms but everywhere. So very disappointed as it was rated much higher and we will take it up with Dais Inn and Orbitz

Don’t go outside at night, wait til morning. Surrounding area is unsafe. Breakfast was minimal, but what I expected. But no attendant to assist with anything, so ran out of plates. Tables were a mess. No sugar substitute sweetener.
No closet , had to ask for a few hangers, room wasn’t cleaned , towels not changed, front desk pleasant . Neighbourhood was ok I chose the location because of close proximity to the event I was there to attend

This hotel is in a really bad neighborhood. Prostitutes all around. First room had a hole in wall a liquid splashed over walls really dirty lightswitches and doorknobs were filthy and i went to sit in the chair and fell out because it had a broken leg. They told me leave or ger a new room. I got a new room and that room did not have a working tv and they said they had nothing to do horrible

Once again disappointed with the fact that Wyndham’s name was associated with a bad hotel. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a lot of questionable activity when we arrived and I did not feel safe in the area where this hotel was located. We paid more than we should have!!

Looks as if the property was recently renovated. It was clean for the most part it was quiet.
Our room was right behind the office and it was very nice and close to everything. The room had been recently remodeled and was very nice. Every room was booked for the night that my daughter and I were there, yet it was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return here myself.

Broken reading lamp next to the bed. Cleaning rags left in the room when I checked in. Window locks not functional.

Location was scary the hotel was right next to the freeway and had a metal fence around the property. The parking lot was shared with what I think was run down apartments and car alarms going off all the time. Hotel had a funny smell. Every time we left our key card would have to reset. The staff was nice but was sleeping behind the counter. The sheets on the bed had cigarette burns and this was a non-smoking building. Also noticed a smell like someone was smoking weed
