Cozy bright contemporary loft home is set up with all amenities including fully stocked kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, private lush courtyard with outdoor shower, comfy queen bed all walking distance to Magazine shopping and fabulous restaurants. One block walk to the grocery store and pharmacy as well. Easy on street parking and great neighbors. There is a nice discount for long-term reservations.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
