The Space:
Your home quarters share a huge backyard terrace with the neighboring unit. Just 5 minutes east of Oretha Castle Haley Blvd, 10 minutes from the French Quarter and easy access to all nearby attractions.
The home is fully furnished and decorated with curated antiques and art, along with top of the line equipment and modern luxuries.
Your plush down comforters and memory foam pillows will ensure a good night’s sleep, leaving you rejuvenated and ready to explore all what New Orleans has to offer.

Primp and pamper before the day with our complementary bath products and hair dryers.
With high speed internet and two smart LCD TVs, everyone can share their adventures, catch up on work, and binge watch all at once. Fresh linens and toiletries are provided for each guest.

The Neighborhood:
This historic neighborhood is where several famous jazz musicians got their start as well as being the birthplace of monumental moments in civil rights history such as where Martin Luther King Jr.’s Southern Christian Leadership conference was founded.
The main strip, Oretha Castle Haley Blvd, offers many unpretentious shops and restaurants to pop in and out of. Major nearby attractions include Martin Luther King Jr. statue, the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, Ashe Cultural Arts Center and live music at the New Orleans Jazz Market.

Getting Around:
The closest bus stop is a short walk to Loyola at Seventh Street.
Taxis and ride shares such as Uber and Lyft, also operate heavily in the area.
For those traveling by car parking in front of the house is readily available.
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is just a 20 minute drive.

Didn’t like the fact that you walk through all bedrooms as they are all in the back. To get to the furthest bedroom, you have to walk through the first two. Washer on the back porch, not so clean or handy. The dryer is on the other tenants back porch. Didn’t love the set up. Thin walls, could hear the neighbors just talking.

Great little place

Overall this property is exactly as stated in the listing. Room layout is a bit odd, but very accommodating. Interior very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Neighborhood is a bit suspect, but we had no issues.

We had an absolute wonderful time! The house is perfect, and had everything we needed. We walked to the parade routes, which were a little far but definitely doable! Would totally stay here again.

Overall good

This review is purely about the team. The house itself has no big problems, it’s just me, coming over new year celebration time, I overestimated my tolerance to noise, so if you’re a light sleeper like me, probably not a good choice. What amazed me was how flexible and adaptable this team is. Some of them were on vacation too, but they worked hard to make my last minute request come true so we transferred seamlessly. All I can say is if you’re booking any of their properties, you know you’re in good hands. I’m so glad we found them and we’re so grateful despite what has happened, we still have had a great vacation after all!

A lifesaver for Eras!

After a property we booked in November of 2023 canceled on us 17 days before we were flying into NOLA we were so please to find the Chic condo still available while Taylor was in town. 4 ladies 4 beds and 2 bathrooms was perfect for us!

It was decent. Reasonably priced. Parking was okay and I was there during Mardi gras. The beds were comfortable. The only thing was the cleaning staff forgot to put out towels. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying again.

Great Location

Easy to get around. Property was clean and easy to find. Street parking was the only negative, but it was not bad at all. I also did not realize this was a second floor unit, but that is on me. Great place would stay again.
