This cozy and enchanting cottage has a large, well-appointed kitchen with all-new appliances, a cozy living room with a 55" smart-TV, and a cute, fully functioning wet-bar to the side. The neo-mid-century interior design is instantly Instagrammable, as is the beautifully landscaped side-yard where you can unwind after a busy day. Monitored security, wi-fi, landscaping and monthly cleaning are also included, and you can always find ample, free street parking nearby in the gorgeous historic neighborhood.

This picturesque property and gorgeous, flowery yard space is located alongside million-dollar mansions and fine dining. Your neighbors include one of New Orleans' best seafood boil restaurants - they keep it clean and fresh by pressure-washing the sidewalks daily - but you can sometimes smell the delicious New Orleans spices in the air. (Once I encountered an escaped crawfish on the sidewalk making its way into its own Pixar movie.) Music lovers may enjoy the full piano in one of the bedrooms.
