Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. The main building entrance is on the back side of the building. Take one flight of stairs up before entering the 2nd floor apartment.
The Neighborhood: Safely and conveniently located in the heart of trendy Lower Garden District you can enjoy the lively taverns, restaurants and quirky boutiques without traveling far. Exit the apartment, turn the corner and you are enjoying the stately mansions that line the neighborhood’s leafy streets, or head for a picnic at Coliseum Square Park. Steps away is the historic St. Charles Ave, where you can hop on the streetcar to take you to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, or Audubon Park & Zoo. My favorite Mexican restaurant, La Carreta, is right downstairs and my favorite local coffee shop Mojo is a quick 4-minute walk away!
Getting Around: The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops walking distance. For further adventures, there are transportation options. There are bicycle rentals a few blocks away. Take a stroll to St. Charles Ave. and you will find the historic streetcar that can take you from the French Quarter to Audubon Park. Taxis and ride shares, such as Uber and Lyft are also a great way to get around with low wait times. There is one parking spot that is shared with the other apartment along with free street parking.

The place is gorgeous! Had all the amenities of home. The bed was super comfortable. Loved having a balcony. Private parking in safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
