The hotel location is great within walking distance to Bourbon st & shops. The room size is nice but there is not even as n armchair, no closets at all & very few items in the BBC bathroom.

Fantastic Hotel Staff, Great location & beautiful decor. I will definitely be back to this First Class property.

The hotel was close from the French Quarter and clean.

Enjoyed how close hotel was to Bourban street and all the things we wanted to see and do.

This hotel was amazing! Room was very clean and decent size. Bathroom was really nice with rain shower which was cool. Hotel staff was great other then valet. We pulled up just off the front entrance to check in and a staff member approached us very almost condescending. He wanted us to valet park but we declined. He said he would allow us to park where we had if we gave him our keys and we got 15 minutes to get back or we got charged valet parking. His tone through out got softer the longer we talked to him and he escorted us into the hotel. There was someone in front of us in line and now we were so stressed about the check in time limit. Finally we got in and they didn’t have our reservation yet which I could understand because we hadn’t made it but 15 minutes earlier. So now we had to rush to move car in order to not pay valet parking. We got back and room was ready but that whole valet parking really just left us way more stressed then it needed to be and for 9:30 at night really uncalled for. Kind of just left us unwanted and put off and just took a while to move past that experience.

Center location STEPS from Bourbon st. Hotel staff Welcoming complimentary drink at bar I would definitely stay again when I come back

I was expecting a Marriott Hotel, it was a cute hotel. Friendly staff, nice room but there was no where to store your clothing. We had to live out of suitcases. That meant ironing every day. I accidently pay for breakfast when booking. It was an european breakfast. Cereal, coffee, cheeses, meat, quiches and juice. If you didn't pay ahead it was $15 for this. I don't know if I would recommend someone to stay here. There's a Hampton Inn across the street. It is in a very central place. 1 block from Canal, 2 blocks from Bourbon St.

Friendly staff, great location. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable

Nice and clean but too small. Mgt. should do something about the bench like tables. They could reduce the number of beds per room (2) to create space for an actual table and chairs so that some people can actually do some work when they stay at the hotel.

Very nice comfortable clean accommodations with great staff!

This hotel is close to Bourbon St. and 2 different trolleys. Hotel decor is very nice. The staff was awesome!! They were so wonderful and patient with giving directions.

I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. Its proximity to amazing dining made my stay convenient. Also, the staff was accommodating to all of my needs.

We enjoyed our stay at this AC Hotel. Located just next to the French Quarter, the hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Rooms are nice, decor is modern. What elevated our experience here however, was the very friendly and attentive staff, both at the concierge and at the breakfast buffet. This review is recognize them. Also, if you like European breakfast, their breakfast is fantastic

Great place to stay in NOLA. Walls a little thin around the door. Heard people in the halls while trying to sleep.

What a great hotel!! A block from the French quarter and lots to do. Paul checked us in and we got the wrong room. He went above and beyond in making everything better than right! The room was great and the bathroom and shower were a perfect way to relax after a day of flying. The hotel staff go out of their way to help with anything and the guys out front will get you where you want to go, one even got on our phone to help an Uber driver get to the hotel!! Great place and our go to spot for our New Orleans visits!! Thank you!!!

Great location, 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. Stayed 3 nights but cleaning service only came once.

Love the atmosphere and staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.
