The suite was large enough, but too much gray color. Bathtub showing some rust. Kitchen outfitted well with kitchenware. Really appreciated that the refrigerator had an ice maker. Disappointed with 'American Classic' breakfast. Very pedestrian. I was expected more of a 'Big Easy' New Orleans cuisine. The self-service laundry was out of service my entire stay. This was disappointing. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I did appreciate the welcome bag of bottle waters and chips. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was noisy and very disruptive in trying to sleep through the night. Turning it off created a very stuffy/hot/humid room experience. I appreciated the courtesy of your staff.

The beds were not great. Thin, lumpy, mattresses, and the sheets kept popping off the corners. A few improvements, and it would have been much better. Front desk staff was very friendly, though!
