Holiday Inn Express Southampton M27 Jct7

Excellent accommodations and good value

Couldn't have been happier with room, lobby and hotel staff. The room was amongst the best laid out we have staid in. One suggestion... the breakfast buffet area has poor flow and could benefit from a bit of a redesign. That said, the breakfast offerings were excellent!

Novotel Southampton

Nice hotel close to train station and port

Staff was always helpful and friendly. Shower took us a little bit to figure out but that's not unexpected when in another country! Wonderful stay! Within walking distance to train station. Close to port of call for cruise ships. Very pleased overall.

Pebble Beach

A Wonderful Seaside Getaway

Pebble Beach is a delightful boutique hotel that feels intimate and like a luxurious home away from home. The restaurant is wonderful! We invited friends to join us for dinner and we all thoroughly enjoyed the meal--a leisurely evening of gorgeous views, great food and attentive service with comfortable seating and no rush for us to leave. At the end of the evening we simply retreated to our upstairs suite, where we enjoyed surprisingly quiet comfort above the busy restaurant, still serving a very large birthday party below--We heard no restaurant noise. Breakfast is not to be missed! Enjoy it on the patio with broad vistas of water and shores, or in the comfort of indoors with expansive windows to the views. Breakfast is peaceful as the restaurant is only open to guests of thie hotel during the 9;30-10am breakfast hour. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful in all interactions from check-in to table service. The patio is a great place to enjoy some leisure, spacious and relaxing before a brisk walk along the coast to enjoy more of the fresh sea air and magnificent scenery. A walk to town is also quite charming and the florist shop is a great stop for an impromptu gift! Hotel bedding felt luxuriously crisp and fresh, and the duvet wrapped us in downy comfort for a good sleep. In-room amenities included self-service tea and high quality toiletries. We look forward to visiting New Forest again, and when we do we will definitely return to Pebble Beach
