We're very happy with our precious room and early check-in and Ms. Nadia made our check-in smoothly and quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. On our first time she went above and beyond to make sure that we're comfortable. On our second time staying with them she made us feel so special with the executive suite room upgrade. She's an amazing person and professional. We really need more people like her. Thank you Ms. Nadia! We are Grateful for everything... We highly recommend this hotel and you will never disappointed period.

Not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Room was not ready at check in, we arrived after 4:00 pm. Staff seemed a little flustered, but were still kind, said housekeeping was behind schedule. Upon arriving at the room there was still trash outside the door and some bottles from the previous guest just outside the door. The room seemed to have been serviced but the hand soap and body wash were both empty. Housekeeping came and refilled those promptly, but upon use we realized they were very watered down and runny. The sink didn’t drain well in our room and would fill up with water while using it and took some time to drain. The faucet in the bathroom was covered in hard water stains, as well as the shower head being caked with hard water and was low quality. There was a stain on the sheets as well. It looks like the property tried to do a remodel but it wasn’t done well and was pieced together where some areas weren’t updated and others were just covered up with the new. The property overall seems run down and not well maintained. The air conditioner unit didn’t seem to be fully functioning and never really cooled down the room. Luckily we had brought some small fans to move the air around. We only stayed one night, thank goodness, because we wouldn’t want to stay another night and won’t be staying here again.

We checked in one hour early and they held our bags until our room was available. The room with King bed was big considering this was England & our rooms are usually shoebox size!!We enjoyed lunch & breakfast at their restaurant. You can walk to town for the mall and loads of eateries. We took an Uber to the port the next day for boarding which was reasonable & quick for our Cunard ship. Only thing I noticed not exactly right was a $44 charge when we checked out. Not clear on that as I thought payment was in full when I booked with Orbitz so I will be checking on that.

Conveniently located next to ferry, trains are a 10-minutes walk. Hotel does not have a pool/gym/ spa but is next to a members community gym that you’re granted access to as a guest of the hotel.

Great location for the harbour with nice ammenities. The spacious balcony was a real bonus with the nice weather. Unfortunately they were let down by a couple of slips in customer service. Firstly a question i sent the hotel before arriving was never answered. Secondly a used glass in my room was turned over to make it look like it was new/cleaned by room service, however, it was sticky for the previous days drinks. A real disappointing lack of doing the basics properly

Received an upgrade, a room with a tiny balcony. Great King size bed. Bathroom with bathtub, unfortunately the water temperature of shower wouldn't adjust to and it remained boiling hot. Great gym, swimming pool with heated water, sauna.

My wife and I had a very comfortable 2-night stay at the end of June 2025, prior to us boarding a ship to go on a cruise. Overall, the staff were pleasant, the restaurant (including breakfast buffet) was very good. Our room (deluxe king) was very roomy, it was clean and the bed/pillows was/were very comfortable. Our room had a nice outlook too. The men at the Porter/concierge desk were very nice and extremely helpful.
