No surprises, everything was as promised and expected

A good location. Near cruise ships. Walking distance of many sightseeing places. Appreciate that one of the elevators is a glass elevator.

Great location for catching a cruise. Just a few steps (300 meters) to city Cruise Terminal

When we checked in, we were told that at our price level, we couldn’t check in till 3 pm. However, by paying 50 pounds more, we could upgrade and check in immediately. That was never explained by Orbitz. The television had very poor reception and the air conditioning kept going off. I would never go back there

Very pleasant hotel with easy access to cruise ship port and airport

Great hotel overall-close to the seaport, old town and Ferry to Isle of Wight. Bar was friendly and breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold food. Would recommend this hotel for business travel or pleasure.

Great Hotel! Only knock is that the bed was way too hard. If you’re staying one night, and then boarding a cruise ship the next day as we are, it’s a good choice.
