It was OK for a short night stay. The staff was friendly, pleasant and courteous. However, they wanted to keep my drivers license until I check out. I said no, but then had to leave an extra $10 deposit which I got back when I checked out. They claimed it was for security reasons.

About the fire alarm that is required by the fire department and we can't lower the sound of alarm and second issue about cleaning and surrounding area we ask the guests at check in time when they are staying more than 2 nights that if you need your room cleaned and need new sheets towels or anything please let us know in the morning before you leave because we respect your privacy and don't go to your room if you are not present in the room . We hold your id because we don't have magnetic key cards and people tend leave without returning the key so we have to change the door locks and it costs money so therefore we hold your id so people want there id's back they will return the key instead of taking it with them and never returning it and if you don't feel comfortable leaving your id we give you option to leave a $10 deposit wich is returned at the check out it's not like the other hotels where you are required to pay $50 -$100 deposit even before you check in and than after you check out you have to wait for the money to be refunded back into your account. At the end of the day our rules are little strict and different but we offer a lot for very reasonable price rate wich is always a lot less than the big name branded hotel chains.
