It was ok for a night very easy off highway. The property is pretty beat clean but could be alot better good for a night. Staff was nice.
People were very friendly. Bed was comfy. Easy access to many food options nearby. What wasn't good was mold around tub. Nightstand drawers dirty. Stained towels.
There was alot of prostitution and drugs using going on at the hotel the quality overall was poor i dont think i would stay there again

I just got out of the shower and was getting ready for bed. 2 minutes later I realized my feet felt really dirty on the bottom, underneath my feet were black from walking around on that floor.. I had to wash that floor myself and the towel I used to wash it was black by the time I was finished.. The vent in the bathroom was filled with dust, and underneath the toilet seat was dirty..
Our bath towels were dirty and I don't think the bathrooms are being properly cleaned for that I found other people's hair in the bathtub before I went into the shower. I didn't file a complaint nor went to the office for that it was late into the night and I needed to be up early to leave. Prior to check out I went to the office to bring back the key and there was no one there. There was another couple waiting in the waiting room and said that the gentleman left to check on a room. I waited for a few minutes but since I was in a hurry I left the room key on the counter.
My husband I were only staying at the Quality Inn in Waterbury, CT for a wedding--but we wouldn't have minded staying longer. The staff was incredibly kind, the room was a great size and the bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The espresso and waffles at the continental breakfast were great! I would definitely stay here again.
Close to highway and places. Breakfast was disgusting. We needed to get our own extra towels and blankets because there was only one attendant. The bed was comfortable
The room was clean enough - but 2 lamps didn't work, the sink plug got stuck, the Wifi didn't provide a strong enough signal to be useful, and the AC left the room feeling damp and uncomfortable. The outside of the hotel is being painted - therefore, there were paint chunks (from scraping, I presume) all over the steps leading up to the 2nd floor. There are no elevators, so using the steps was a necessity. I just feel there were things that needed attention - that would have made our stay more pleasant.
Inside of ur room was nice outside was ghetto people knocking on our door kinda scarey but breakfast was good and the staff were friendly
