My 25 yr old daughter and I spent 5 nights at the Liana Hotel at the end of our vacation to Greece. My daughter commented that I had made a good choice and I thought the same thing. We have a lovely view of the water and were put in a family suite for a small fee which was great as it gave my daughter her own room. The bathroom although small was newly renovated and had an excellent shower. The room itself could have had a decor update but was in great condition and had a spacious patio. We had an air conditioning issue the first night but this was fixed the next day. Breakfast was included and was served at the hotel bar at the front of the property with ocean views. The hotel also has a nicely groomed grounds between it and the beach. The area is very walkable and there are a couple of markets and restaurants steps away and of course Agios Prokipios beach right in front, so there are beautiful sunset views every night! The room was promptly cleaned early every day and the pool area and hotel were immaculate. The staff and the manager Anthony were quite friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and I would definitely return. Naxos is amazing and Liana is a great home base for exploring this fantastic Greek island.

Loved the welcome glass of wine on the breakfast terrace overlooking the beach! Very clean modern room, beautiful blue pool. Free parking for our rental car. Front desk very helpful. You do need a car or take bus to get to Naxos town.Nice beach

We stayed here for 5 nights and can totally recommend this as a perfect place to stay. Right next to the beach- small road to cross- and deck chairs and umbrellas free to use for guests. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop to get the €1.80 bus into Naxos town. A number of supermarkets available with cheap water and alcohol. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is well laid out with rooms overlooking the beach or the pool. The room we had was quite large with comfortable bed. Great shower as well. The friendliness and service from the staff was brilliant. Always a nice smile. Very good breakfast supplied as well. I totally recommend Liana hotel.

Naxos is a beautiful place with so much to see and do - and you need somewhere to stay while seeing and doing. Liana Hotel can be this place. The rooms are a decent size, they have everything you need and include a functional kitchenette, and the price we paid was appropriate for the services provided. I would imagine it is a great place for families, as it has a nice pool and the room was large enough with two separate areas. You could really hear the people in the next room and they had a fussy baby, but the air conditioner was so incredibly loud, I really couldn't hear it until we shut off the air / opened the doors in the morning, so the thin walls did not prevent us from getting a good sleep. Uh.. thumbs up to the loud air conditioner! I think. One thing that is hard to visualize from the pictures is which way the rooms face and how to choose the best room. There is a road between the hotel and the beach (hotel is not ON the beach), and the pool faces another building. But there is a nice garden/ lawn between the road and the hotel - the rooms are not staring out directly onto a road. So, far and away the best view is "ocean view" even though you will read in reviews that it overlooks the road. Yes, there is a road there - but there is a nice green space between the road and the hotel, AND the sunset is spectacular. The pool view rooms overlook the small pool and then stare at other hotels - nothing interesting at all. And you are about 50 feet away from the road in any case, so do not avoid any of the noise. Speaking of spectacular sunsets - after the absolute insane experience of trying to see a sunset in Santorini (with the selfie sticks of 1000's of clueless idiots waving and whacking me in the head - never, ever again...who enjoys this?) relaxing on Liana Hotel's patio, peacefully drinking one of their fabulous sangrias while watching the sunset was one of the highlights of my entire Greek holiday. Truly beautiful The beach is very nice. Beautiful fine sand (much nicer than the grey gravel called "black sand" in Santorini - one of my life's greatest travel disappointments so far!), seriously clear blue water, free chairs and umbrellas - no complaints here at all. It is also a great location for heading into town and exploring. The bus was very easy to take, ran right by the hotel, and was dirt cheap. We went to town several times and really loved it. So, we didn't hate Liana Hotel. It was fine as a "home base" for our holiday in Naxos. All of this said - you want any luxury whatsoever, I would suggest spending more money and finding a more upscale place to stay. The place had that slightly Fawlty Towers feel to it that all family run resorts seem to have, where you are sure there is a flurry of panicked and annoyed activity behind the scenes the minute they turn their back after politely nodding and smiling regarding your complaints or comments about the room. We had a room with a spa - it was a bit on the green side. (Think - the hue of a slightly cloudy margarita). When we mentioned this to the staff, they said - nope, not green. When we showed this to the staff - they said - oh, now that you mention it, it is green. We will fix it. They dumped in chemicals - still green. Days went by - still green.. It became a running joke between the two of us - hey, do you want to jump in the spa? (answer - NO!). As others have mentioned, there is a beautiful gym downstairs with a very nice spa which they said we could use, but it is just not what we paid for - we wanted a private spa we could drink a glass of wine in before bed. Someone should have gone in there and drained it / replaced the water the first or second time we complained, but I think we were probably the last occupants of 2018 and I am sure they didn't want to make this effort. The fancy shower thing shown in the pictures was ancient and not fully functional, and when I pried the foot massager thing off of the floor to use it, it had a sheet of mold underneath. I would not recommend paying extra for a "better" room at Liana Hotel - the basics were fine, but these "special touches" were not really their forte. If you want basics, this place will work. If you want the hotel to be part of the wonders of your Naxos holiday, pony up and stay elsewhere.

My daughter and I stayed at the Liana Hotel in September for seven nights. Absolutely loved everything about Liana Hotel. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, awesome pool (and pool area awesome to just chill :))) Across the road from the beach, close to the bus stop, restaurants and shops. Thank you so much Eleni for all your help, you’re such a beautiful person. Also thank you to Alex and Antoni. Thank you to you all for helping make our stay at Liana Hotel so wonderful. Xoxo

I stayed one week at Liana. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Eleni was particularly wonderful. She helped planned day trips in the villages, sailing to nearby islands, shopping tips and more! A few minor suggestions that would really make the experience fantastic: The rooms could be updated to be a bit more modern; and it would be better if hot breakfast items were kept warmer. A bit nitpicky but really don’t have much else to say! Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to get in/out of city center by bus (1,80€ one way) about a 20 minute ride. Clean rooms, lovely beach just steps away, kind staff members - I really enjoyed my stay here! Thank you!!

Suprpsingly good gym with soft floor, dumbells up to 20 kgs, peg board (horizontal), blackroll rollers and TRX. Also running tracks from the hotel are pretty good (mainly running on the or next to the beach). Staff and the owner are also very friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a terrace. Even though I was there for business, I wish to spend there more time. I will definitely come back for holidays.

We were greeted by the staff and taken to our room immediately on arrival. The reception was so friendly. They also give you a complimentary bottle of water and bar drink on arrival (it's the little things that make you feel welcome!). The hotel is directly across the street from the beach. The beach happens to be one of the prettiest beaches I've ever been to with crystal clear water! The hotel stay includes your beach loungers, which was awesome. The hotel gym is also new and really nice. We are sooooo glad we chose to stay here and not in town. Should you want to get into town, the taxi is less than 10 euros, or there is a bus station one block from the hotel. The rooms are dated, but the location, service, and balcony views of the beach and sunset make staying here a no brainer. Our room had a beach facing balcony which was amazing. I will also note, my husband loved his stay here so much that he got a tshirt from the hotel. The tshirt didn't arrive until after we checked out. One of the staff members new we were at the airport, and drove the shirt there to us. I was so shocked at how nice that was!!

We loved everything about Liana hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a cozy, laid back atmosphere. The rooms were modern and the air conditioning was nice and cool. The location was awesome as it was at the end of the beach and right across from it. They had free sun loungers and umbrellas. The sand was fine and the water was cool and clear. We had a really enjoyable stay. Big thank you to Adonis! GS (Canada)

We had such a lovely and warm welcome from Marie….. we had a room with a view on the sea and Paros which was really nice and clean. Laundry could have been done by the personnel from the hotel in few hours… We already booked for next year because this beach is really lovely and access to the sunbeds very easy. Merci ++++ Marie pour tes petits cadeaux, je pense à toi tous les matins en buvant mon café ……. à très bientôt.
